As for the title of the topic, it is unclear to me how the Trial event works.
In order to win the super wheelspin the description tells that you have to win with very skilled avatar, but how?
I won both the races but I haven’t received the super wheelspin.

Just complete the 2 races. SIMPLE, the not simple part is finding good teammates to actually WIN both races. Its the one thing left on my map that I cant complete myself
I’ve done this a couple of times and still not received the reward and the co-op championship still says available and is red (rather than gold when complete). I have done this on highly-skilled, winning both races (I won both races and my team also won both). I also did it on pro. Nothing
I think it’'s bugged, I’ve done the cheeky Lambo’s one and my team lost both races yet I got all the bonuses and it’s saying it’s completed.
