RS6 avant Exhaust sound in FH2 is bad compared to it in FM5

Anyone noticed that exhaust sound of the RS6 avant in Forzza Horizon 2 is too bad compared to the 2014 model in Forza motorsport 5???

Why is that???

Most cars sounds in FH2 are better, but this is not the case of RS6!

I hope they fix it soon.

Yeah, I don’t think it was in FM5 either. Perhaps you’re thinking of a different Avant?

There was an RS4 in FM5.

You’re thinking of the RS4 Avant that is in FM5. The RS6 Avant is relatively quieter than I expected it would be though.

My S6 used to be really quiet as well. It was much quieter than my current A4 Avant. They used way too much quieting equipment and material to keep it quiet so I’d have to say it’s also there for other reasons.

Rs4 avant is in Fm5.

Consider the RS4 Avant is naturally aspirated and the RS6 Avant has a pair of turbos in the path between exhaust port and and atmosphere - it’s likely to be a somewhat quieter.

The RS4 sound is owesome.

I watched videos of 2015 RS6 Exhaust sound on YouTube and its way better than what we get in the game.

The sounds are better in FM5 anyway, even if you were comparing two different cars. They’re deeper for a start, FH2 is a lot more tinny, even the music doesn’t have much bass, which is kind of bad when you’re listening to some of the songs on Hospital Records.

One of the first things I noticed when I first played Horizon 2 was that some cars that are also in FM5 just don’t sound as good in Horizon 2. I know I’m not imagining it either because I still play FM5 regularly. I believe the sound difference between the games is partly due to the fact that in FM5 upgraded exhaust changes the sound somewhat whereas in Horizon 2 I’ve not really noticed any change in sound with exhaust upgrade. The stock sound of cars in FM5 is just plain better anyway IMO. Just speculation here but I also wonder if they had to tweak the sound a little in horizon 2 to accomodate for open world driving.
