- Scramble (circuit) and Trail races held on dirt road surfaces
- Cross Country circuits and sprints fully offroad
Time/Weather Conditions
Campaign events use the following settings, which are available for custom Blueprint event creation:
- Time of Day: Dawn | Sunrise | Morning | Early Afternoon | Late Afternoon | Sunset | Evening | Early Night | Late Night
- Weather: Clear | Clear Post-Rain | Cloudy | Cloudy Post-Rain | Overcast | Light Rain | Heavy Rain | Fog
- Blizzard Mountain: Light Snow | Heavy Snow | Blizzard | Gale
Campaign Restrictions and Opponents
At most route locations, the player can use any car at any PI level and the Drivatar opponents will match the Car Type and PI level; Cross Country Exhibitions have requirements that the Car Type be Sports Utility Heroes, Offroad, Offroad Buggies, or Extreme Offroad. Showcase and Bucket List events provide a specific car for the player to complete the challenge. Players do not have to play any of the pre-set “Horizon Presents” events and instead can complete the Exhibition and Championship at each location with their own custom Blueprint event.
