I am tier 12 and I have received only 425000 CR where are the 75000 that are missing?

Your profile on here still says you’re Tier 11, so it’s probably not updated the information yet, did you check that your rewards tier was showing as correct before claiming the credits?

Edit* Your profile changed immediately to Tier 12 after I’d posted this. Before my post your Tier was 11 and you had 19900 points

Noob question: How do you claim these rewards? I’m lvl 17 and haven’t got anything :X

I have the same problem, it is the second week happening to me!
My profile is correct here though.

It seems it’s not just a matter of updating the stats and/or the tier level but also connecting the tier level to the appropriate prize.

A problem that won’t be fixed. I’ve waited three weeks to get my Tier 12 rewards and still don’t get them.

This is an issue that is not on the radar to be fixed at this time. There has been a delay on the Forza Hub for a very long time. Unfortunately with other things that needs to be investigated, this one falls down the list. I can understand wanting your rewards right away but its not something that is going to be changes anytime soon. We all have to experience the delay, including myself. I am not treating you dismissively, I am telling you that its not going to be fixed at this time.

How can, a service that used to work well for me, not working anymore?
The problem is not the delay of updating stats, but as long as a Tier is reached to get the according reward prize.
This is the third time (week) I do not get the rewards I should get.
I do no see professionalism from T10 at any point (many missing parts in the release, too many glitches, insufficient support).
