I ranked up to Tier 12 a few weeks ago. The last two weeks I continue to receive Tier 11 credits (425,000) instead of Tier 12 (500,000). The system identifies me correctly as Tier 12.
There is a delay with the Forza hub. We are currently looking into it.

This is an issue that is not on the radar to be fixed at this time. There has been a delay on the Forza Hub for a very long time. Unfortunately with other things that needs to be investigated, this one falls down the list. I can understand wanting your rewards right away but its not something that is going to be changes anytime soon. We all have to experience the delay, including myself. I am not treating you dismissively, I am telling you that its not going to be fixed at this time.

I really don;t understand why this is so complicated. If you are X Tier then award Y rewards. I was writing code like this when I was 12.

How about backdating the rewards when this is “fixed”? I wouldn’t count that as an apology but it brings us to where we should be.
You have a lot of people who are short of what they should be getting for weeks now and it will be months if this doesn’t get attention.

I’m Tier 11 now, I don’t have Tier 11 rewards in the game either. I know in Forza 6 I was stuck on the lower tier forever because the game never once updated it and awarded me the badge for it. I hope this game is not the same.

I hope this is fixed. I just got tier 12 and got tier 11 rewards but I will give Turn10 the benefit of the doubt, chalking it up to getting the new tier the day the rewards went out.
Nope, still getting tier 11 rewards. Not a lot of credits anyway, just 75,000 more but they should fix it. Congrats on getting to 12

Been Tier 11 since just after Forza 7 came out, still not getting rewards for it! lol
It’s free money and i’m not playing the game anyway. At this point it’s just another reason to dislike Turn 10. They can’t be bothered to fix things they provide.

im in tier 12 for two weeks now, always getting the tier 11 rewards 
no badges and locked driver gear as well from day one till now…
Badges and gear don’t unlock as your tier moves up. You only get what was awarded to your tier level, at time of launch.

Driver gear only unlocks the first time you play the game, anything after that is not counted.
i know i got all the gear from Forza 1-7 and Horizon 1-3
but the game havnt saved it and on the next day all was locked again
i wrote this to Turn10 and the answer was that they put me on a list after 3 months i asked if they know something new about the problem…
no response till now…
Holy hell I never even realised this was a thing. I’ve been tier 12 for AGES and I’ve only been getting 425. Never knew there was an error lol
What is your actual Forza score? Mines 20039, tier 12, bit only getting tier 11 rewards. It may mention in this thread that, since they gave everyone score for tokens and add-ons, it might be requiring other areas to be higher to active the 500k payout, such as maybe needing to get the actual score up to 20500-20700. No one really knows though.
