[RESOLVED] Forza Rewards Not Working Properly

I recently made it to tier 11, but I did not receive the 75k credits when I hit it. I am also not receiving the extra 75k credits for new weeks. I am still only receiving tier 10 rewards which is 350k credits. This needs to be addressed IMMEDIATELY. I am missing out on a lot of credits for all of the Forza games.

Edit: The game is also not recognizing that I have hit tier 11. The tier 11 badge is not unlocked, plus the tier 1 badge is not unlocked for some reason. Only tiers 2-10 are unlocked for the in game badges.

I have the same issue, I’ve been tier 12 for two weeks and it’s not paying out my last $75k. It says “0 pts to next tier” and shows the $75k as the reward.

So I guess Turn 10 is just going to completely ignore the problem and not respond to anyone that is posting about it. Typical behavior from them really.

They are still ignoring the issue and their customers…

This has already been answered in several other threads.

Tier 1 and Thank you for playing badges is another issue that we are investigating.
You are only awarded Forza Faithful items for the Tier that you were when you first launched the game. Any Tier up after that does not unlock future items.
The Foza Hub does have a delay and even though its already been looked at, its not able to be fixed at this time.

Here is a chart for the Forza Hub rewards that are given out weekly.

Assuming you are implying that the tier 12 badge is only unlocked if you first start the game as tier 12? But that’s not possible. It will be in a year, if you get to tier 12 with Horizon 4 and then first start F7, but that can’t be the way it is supposed to work?

I have been playing Forza for 10 years and there has NEVER been a delay in receiving new tier rewards previously. This problem has only occurred with the release of Forza 7. I never mentioned Forza faithful rewards. I am 100% referring to the 75k extra credits that I have now missed out on for multiple weeks. This issue is NOT resolved.

You have misrepresented the state of this issue.

You are saying there is a delay in the rewards and I too am affected by this delay.

Until we receive our rewards, it is NOT resolved. The issue remains that we have not received our rewards.

Turn 10 customers put effort and work into gaining the LOYALTY points and to be treated so dismissively is really not doing any favours amongst your long term and LOYAL fans who have been here supporting the franchise for a decade or more.

Appreciate the pressure and stress you must be under, but if you’re customer facing and publicly visible, it comes with the territory.

This is an issue that is not on the radar to be fixed at this time. There has been a delay on the Forza Hub for a very long time. Unfortunately with other things that needs to be investigated, this one falls down the list. I can understand wanting your rewards right away but its not something that is going to be changes anytime soon. We all have to experience the delay, including myself. I am not treating you dismissively, I am telling you that its not going to be fixed at this time.

i drove the last showcase event a couple of days days ago. until today i only get the other things counted as played days etc, but the showcases is locked at 20 of 30, but i drove 29…since three weeks until now i thinks.
whats the problem there?

great…take the bugs and put it in one thread, where the topic is COMPLETE different to my problem and mark it as resolved…thats the new way to communicate bugs? shame on you!

There is a delay in the forza hub. It could take weeks for it to display correctly.
