I moved up to tier 11 a few weeks ago yet I did not get the extra 75,000 points that I should have and now after three times redeeming reward points it still is giving me only 350,000 instead of the 425.000 it’s supposed to for horizon 3, and Forza 5, 6, and 7 which means for each of those 4 I have not received 300,000 points that I should have. I also have not had the tier 11 badge in Forza 7 unlock which means I haven’t been able to get the prize crate that I should have and I don’t know for sure or not but I thought a drivers gear is also given with a new tier being reached. I know there can be a delay sometimes but this is almost a month delay now and I know there are several other people that have mentioned similar issues. It would be really nice if it would get fixed and it would be very nice if Forza would set up a real support site for people to get their problems reported and resolved instead of this forum.
I am also only getting $350K. Also my Tier 11 badge and prize crate is also not unlocked.
The prize crate/driver suit are not available unless you are tier 11 when you first start the game, its a one time thing.
What about the tier 11 badge in Forza 7?
I moved to tier 12 a few weeks ago, and I’ve had the same problem. Still been getting the same old tier 11 rewards, and the rewards site keeps telling me what extras I get when I move up a tier, almost as if it still sees me as tier 11.

Got an official response in another thread that this is not on the radar to be fixed anytime soon, so don’t hold your breath.
I have been patiently waiting I have 310/1000 gamerscore and it has failed to register anything but 30g out of 1000 any advice or a way to fix this would be appreciated I dont care about the driver suit I just want the money.
I just tipped over into Tier 8 and the rewards site promises “immediately available” rewards after moving up to the next tier. However, there are no rewards to redeem.
It just shows that I have rewards expiring in 4 days and there’s no button to click to actually redeem them (and they are a measly 50k credits, far lower than the normal 175k I get). It also says new rewards will be available in 5 days. That doesn’t sound “immediate” to me.
Forza Hub promises “Bigger & better rewards are always available in the next rewards tier” and this simply is NOT TRUE. They are neither bigger nor better. The icing on the cake: just below that is a link “New events added on July 4. Events available to play in-game!” and it’s a link to Forza 6. FORZA SIX! Has Turn 10 completely abandoned the rewards feature?
Also hit tier 12 over a month ago. Still getting tier 11 credits.
