I hit level 12 rewards back in April/May timing, and while it says I am level 12, when I go to redeem my rewards, I get 425k with 0 points to the next level and the bar at the bottom to get the next 75k is already going up. I have asked about this already, and it appears that I’m not the only one with issues with the rewards, but no actions are being taken. While I don’t need the extra rewards now (although it would be nice), I will want them for Forza Horizon 4 and for the initial rewards you receive for being at the highest tier.
This is something that is really frustrating since it seems that the people who have played every Forza are the ones that Turn 10 are not looking after. Can a moderator or somebody who works for Turn 10 look into this?
My Forza achievements aren’t being uploaded on the website. I should have 745/1000 Achievement points for Forza 7 but it hasn’t updated on the Forza website. It’s stuck at 190/1000. Can someone take a look into this for me please!
Bump, moderators, this is no longer acceptable. This is my second post about this and it appears I’m not the only one with this issue. Can we get this resolved before the next Forza comes out so that we are all at the correct level? Thank you.
Looks like a few Tier 12 gamers still getting Tier 11 rewards but I don’t think its possible to fix. I sent a respectful email to the team but didn’t get an auto reply.
Is there anyway to actually contact an Administrator or email the company. This seems ridiculous that the rewards continue to be an issue. I’m guessing they just don’t want to address it prior to updating it when Forza Horizon 4 comes out, but that is just crappy as I’ve been asking about it for 4 months now.
Any ideas of a way to fix this? How about Turn 10 actually do some support for this?
