I have been Tier 11 for months now but I still only receive 350,000 credits when I redeem my rewards. Additionally, I am unable to compare with friends on my app now and can only see them on my app on my Xbox. Please update my Tier to 11 because I worked very hard to achieve Tier 11. Thank you guys. I WILL preorder FH4 if you will please update my Tier rewards since I have reached tier 11 a few months ago!!!
Good luck, been tier 12 for a couple months now, still tier 11 rewards. Friends compare hasn’t worked in awhile. I don’t know how many ‘months’ you’ve been tier 11, but it used to be the higher you got, it seemed the longer it took before it was recognized and rewarded. Well, that is it was originally fairly quick to update, but started slowing down since FM7 was launched/added to rewards.
Just thought I’d add that you can email forzafb@microsoft.com, Let them know what your situation is. Probably won’t get resolved anytime soon, but you’ll be added to the list (which has to be lengthy by now) and maybe it’ll prioritize it a bit more.

Yeah, sometimes I even see myself as tier 4, but most times people generally see themselves as they really are in the posts or in your profile, but everyone else you see says they’re a noob. I was only at tier 7 at launch of FM7, tier 8, 9, and 10 generally took about 2 weeks to update the rewards, then tier 11 took about a month. Tier 12, like I say, been there for a couple of months now. Started a couple new GT’s to see how they update. So far they go pretty good, save for FM3 which is only recording game score, no other stats, all other games recording stats within a day or so. They’re only tier 5 so rewards pops pretty fast for them, update wise.

Thanks for that email. I have been Tier 11 since right after FM7 came out Idk how many months ago and that also seems to be when my friends compare stopped working(says I have 1 friend and it’s myself lol) (true) haha anyways I wish they would fix this before FH4 comes out. I’m not even ordering it until I know this is fixed.
Says that everyone is tier 4 and been driving since 2018 and only 1050 points. Been like that for months

This has to do with the fact that turn10 gave everyone points to make up for not buying tokens and totally ruined the rewards points. I’ve been tier 12 since launch and still only receive tier 11 rewards. In addition, since the token points were given to us and don’t count I can’t go back and get the points anywhere so…
Doesn’t seem to be a priority.

I know a few who moved to tier twelve after fm7 release, obviously (no tier 12 before), and have received the 500k weekly rewards. So it’s possible to do.
I believe talby is one of them. It was thought that you may need to clear the point value for the free rewards, but that apparently isn’t entirely true as iirc, talby started getting tier 12 rewards at 20500-20800. There’s a total of 1350 in token and dlc points. I’m at 21426, more than covering those points where if I didn’t have them, I’d still be tier 12.
