I have emailed forzafb@microsoft.com multiple times, and all they say is, “We’ve reported the issue.”
I moved to Tier 10 three months ago now, and am still receiving the Tier 9 rewards. It appears that nobody is even trying to address this issue based on complete lack of communication to your players. There is a line item in the Known Issues topic that there may be a delay, but we have far surpassed a “delay” in having the rewards change. Moving from Tier 8 to Tier 9 had maybe one week delay before seeing the new reward amounts.
This is excessive and hugely frustrating, especially considering this is supposed to be a “loyalty” reward for your more engaged players. It would be nice to get some sort of actual acknowledgment and commitment that this issue is going to be fixed at some point.
At least your getting rewards, second week running i cant even access the rewards page to receive mine and it happens week on week off, cmooooooonnnnn turn 10 this is getting really boring, sort your s**t out will you
Honestly… i have never seen this much bugs in a single game EVER! If Turn10 needs a new programmer, then say so but this lack of service is unseen to me…
I don’t understand why you keep defending T10 Talby. They don’t deserve it after so much bad conduct and lies. Or are you payed by T10/MS? Cause then it would make much more sense.
He says in general that FM7 have/has/had so much issues. That is true.
The rewards app covers all forza games not just fm7 and is a separate

My fm7 has always worked exactly as it should on both my PC and xbox..no issues like a lot of others have had and i have my ideas on that too
Maybe I’m just lucky or it might be because i don’t mess around with my PCs default settings trying to get more out of it than it can handle without errors
I also don’t just come on the forum to complain about every little issue or annoyance which some people just seem to always do
I’m definitely not gonna stress about missing out on 50-75k of free pretend credits that i could easily earn in about 10 minutes of actually playing the game
Have you noticed you get to tier 4 and 1050 points without even playing the game
Do you know why..they were credited to everyone by removing the need for tokens and dlc to purchased to count towards points
And that is where the issue lies why people are stuck getting the rewards from a lower tier
If you actually did buy the tokens and dlc in the past before they removed that need you will find your tier level working correctly
Mine personally was about 350 points difference ( since i refused to buy tokens since they are unnecessary) so once i got that many points above the tier 12 level i started getting tier 12 rewards
In general, this thread is about the rewards, which isn’t fm7, or any other game. It’s an application that tracks progress from games, gives rewards accordingly. It doesn’t always work as intended, no one payed a dime for it. It’s just a free rewards gesture on t10’s parts, and yes, it’s having issues.
I wish I had known about the rewards before last September. I’m sure the free points were already given by then, I don’t know when they actually did that though.
I would like to have known if my fm3&4 we’re counted in my rewards score(the paid dlc that is) since I bought both with all the dlc codes, as far as I know, back in the day.
While I’ve bought dlc and tokens in fm5&6, fh2&3(5 bucks each?) I believe by the time I signed up here, those points for those games were probably already free, I didn’t get any of those gesture until September/October of last year.
If I tally the score for all that, I believe its over 2000.
