Reporting players=?

What happens? I send reports with detail about players that already have a low reputation. What is this game doing about blatant wreckers?

Blocking them is our first line of defence, then reporting them is our only option at this moment. Also we can save replays and upload them and note that in our reports for xbox to see or maybe someone from Turn10 with the ability to act. I have personally been seeing less and less of the all out wreckers and hacks in the last month. Most of the incidents I have been seeing are just driving errors or just bad decisions by drivers looking for room where there isn’t any. Keep reporting them and blocking those bad players and you should be seeing less of them.

I know the difference between human error and intention… Frankly I’m not concerned with “our best line of defence.” I want to know what Microsoft or Turn 10 is doing about reports of repeat offenders. I just came from a full C class lobby that I’m not kidding 4 of the players were wreckers… What’s the process of punishing these players? This was if I’m not mistaken one of the big advertisements/selling points of Xbox 1 and Forza 5. I go to report and waala, they already have little to no reputation…

Those you spot wrecking people and ruining normal game play, should be REPORTED by going into VIEW GAMER CARD, then Report or block, followed by Report, then select Unsporting behavior. There is then a box to fill in “CRASHER” - disruptive in races, causes wrecks, etc. Followed by Report to Xbox.

If you have the accurate gamertag, in the Xbox One Dashboard, go Friends, in the left column use either “Recent Players” or “Find someone” and put the tag in there. The same reporting system as above is in effect, and you can file the report there.

This sends a report directly to the Xbox LIVE Policy Enforcement Team which will investigate, maybe even visit and observe the offender during gaming sessions, and then ban that person from not just a single game but Xbox LIVE itself.

What happens? Their reputation drops, they receive bans and eventually the only people they can play with is those who behavior like they do. Otherwise, there is no discussion of either bans or the enforcement of the Xbox LIVE Code of Conduct on these forums. Check your PMs on this forum, please.

Eventually they will have a hard time getting into lobby’s and if they are reported enough it can lead to bans.

Surely there is a backfire here, if you block those who drive like idiots you end up blocking quite a few I would imagine. Surely you will then find it more difficult to get into your favourite lobby because players you have blocked are already in there racing…

It was an issue at first but I haven’t run into this problem recently. Just keep reporting and blocking them.

Race in No Collision rooms and never worry about them again.

First, follow the instructions I posted earlier in this thread. Please.

Thanks Snowowl for the support. The only issue I have personally from blocking so many people (60+) is that I’m having a hard time getting into lobbies myself… See whats going on Microsoft lol.

The reports to Xbox LIVE’s Policy Enforcement Team actually are very good, since they ultimately involve a ban from LIVE, not just a single game. I sent you a PM on these forums.

I have the same issues getting into lobbies if my friends sent on. When they are on we can get in easily enough as a party and if we have a wrecker or two we have blocked they usually leave after a race or two.

You can Report the bad behavior without immediately “blocking” the people. Let them hang themselves three or four times, but save the Replays.

You have PM on these forums.
