The Storm Island expansion pack

With the gifted Ford

And as for RVM, pretty enjoyed this one

The most important racing event of the year - chasing johniwanna’s ghost on more occasions that I would have wished for.

But at least Rear View Mirror is an apt name for where his ghost is now

Happy holidays all

For me daniel ricciardo’s race in the abu dhabi grand prix where he started last because he and vettel were excused from qualifying for violating front wing rules
Ricciardo then climbed 16 places to the forth place at the end (vettel 8th) and just 8 seconds away from podium
Because im a “little” fan of him that was my highlight in 2014

Still playing FM 4

Sry for bad english by the way!

For me, it was the 2014 F1 Season. Well, I may not like the F1 machines featured on the 2014 season but the Hamilton-Rosberg rivalry is what heated this season into fever pitch. It was like a game of catch-up, finding out who will take home the title and in the end, it’s Lewis Hamilton who got the honor. I’ll never forget that.

For me (like mentioned) the most important thing is THE RING stays public. We fought hte gouvernment well, many hours in discussions with the local politicians and hundreds of kilometers and blocked roads to get in focus of the medias… At least,i cant say it helped, but me and many friends are still able to do real life laps and amateur events on our beloved track.
The VLN series is still hosted and FREE for public,so the 15 weekends each year are safe.
Hooray!
Wish you all a merry christmas and fun/success/joy on any forza game…

Great read. I agree with satnite chasing your ghost was a big event due to it did not happen much in previous forzas.

You say he took he’s one with him so it can still play forza…

I think you should start a ‘FORZA ANONYMOUS’ for the forza addiction in all of us

Have a great Christmas and may see you Tuesday stream

The most exciting motorsport-related news to me was the new NASCAR chase format, which made some drivers push themselves–and others–further than they wanted on occasion. For once, it was unknown down to the last race who would lift the trophy.

NASCAR will always be my main attraction as a motorsports fan, from the fairly low-tech cars and the chance for a driver to win in spite of being involved in a collision or two, to the incredible following from the often extremely driver-loyal fans and down-to-earth attitude among the drivers.

For me, being a huge Nascar and Jeff Gordon fan, the fight at Texas was the biggest event for me. It essentially took Jeff out of the championship run and ruined hopes for that elusive 5th title. Congrats to Harvick though for finally getting that first championship and dominating for pretty much most of the season. I look forward to a great season next year as well and happy holidays to everyone!

I agree with you about the Jeff Gordon and Brad Keselowski dispute. It is very unprofessional but i don’t really blame Jeff Gordon because I can not stand how Brad Keselowski drives. He is going to get someone injured or worse if he continues to drive like that in the future.

Possibly the New NASCAR Format, Also the release of Storm Island/Forza 5, Which will possibly make me go out this week and buy an Xbox One, Cant Wait!!!
Still a Forza 4 Addict!!!

A lot of amazing moments, a bunch I forgot about! I think between your great recap and some of the others mentioned above you covered most of the big highlights.
One for me that comes to mind, sort of a happy and sad moment was Tom Kristensen’s retirement. What a fantastic career, and leaving with such a fantastic record. Hope he enjoys his retirement, he sure has earned it! Great recap John!

Great article, I think you’ve covered everything. The F1 season was immense, I was tense for days before each race. Lewis’s car seemed to keep exploding and setting on fire, while some events seemed to put Nico in a bad light, which I think was unfair. In the end I was so glad Lewis won, as he is such a good driver and deserved more than one championship to his name. But I’d want Nico to win one at some time.

My other highlight was Jenson Button getting a new contract, again after several weeks of tension. The way McLaren delayed and delayed the announcement was purgatory, but the press event with the two confirmed drivers made up for it.

Happy New Year
