I checked the application log of Windows, but logs are not particularly remained.
On the Xbox side, I deleted the local saved data and resynchronized the saved data, but this error will occur immediately after the end of the sync.
Is there anything else I need to investigate or try on me?
I tried reinstalling on PC, but after reinstalling I got the same result.
What does the message say?
Perhaps I think that the message in English is “AN UNKNOWN ERROR OCCURRED. PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER”.
Had this message once, in my case it was server related and after a short time it just worked again. When did your problem start ?
It is about 13 o’clock yesterday in Japan time, so if it is UTC it is from around 4 o’clock yesterday.

As a result of exchanging mail with turn 10, deleting all the save data including those in the cloud, the game started.
Instead, I lost all the vehicles and credits I gathered, including the unicorn car. The career also became from the beginning, and it returned to the whole launch.
I think it’s supposed to sync, and then you will get back your stuff, at least i hope so. Otherwise contact them again
