At approx 2330hrs UK time last night - Tuesday - while playing Forza 7 on Xbox One the game locked up - loud buzzing/juddering throught the headset - and I ended back at the xbox home screen.
I decided to hard boot (unplugged the power block for 5 mins) and then restarted.
Loading FM7 the game went into the Intro and asked me to choose my driver Male/Female. I closed the game using quit on home screen and re-booted the box.
On re starting the xbox went into an Xbox Update - didn’t take long, 5 mins maybe.
After the update FM7 still wants me to choose my driver sex.
I’m guessing it has lost all sync.
I have PM’d Nitro Glitter 22 hours ago but no response as yet.
I am now afraid to go past the choose driver point. Can you please assist restore all my data re cars and tunes (most important), gear, credits etc which I have accumulated since 29 September !
Is there anything else I should try or do - or moreimportantly anything I should avoid doing.
Desperately in need of my Forza Fix .
