Hello, I’ve been trying to play FM7 on my PC through the Xbox app, but it refuses to sync the data from my Xbox. I can launch and play it fine on my Xbox. I’ve downloaded all the add-ons available to me from the Xbox app store. Ive played it on the PC through the xbox app before, but it was over a year ago. I put in a support ticket two days ago for this issue as well, but it was marked solved immediately.
Attached is a picture of the screen when it fails to load.
I’ve tried these things to make it work:
-Signing out and back into my Xbox profile on the Xbox app
-Restarting all Xbox services in the task manager
-Made sure XblGameSaveTask is not disabled in the Task Scheduler
-Cleared the caches of both my hard drives
-Reset FM7
-Uninstalled and Reinstalled FM7
Any help ya’ll can provide would be most appreciated!
