So I share posted a car but then noticed I saved the wrong version which drives me crazy because I want to ensure I am not posting a mess. Unshared it, corrected the issue, then reposted as shared. A friend of mine told me I then had two cars up - the mess was still there along with the fixed version. Is that a glitch or the way it is supposed to be? I don’t really care either way, but it makes me wonder what the point of un-sharing anything is.
Has anyone else noticed this? I think the downloads still count. I am getting reward notices but the counts on the cars I show as posted are not moving. I can’t see the others, they have been unshared and deleted out of my design catalogue.
I don’t think I’ve unshared anything yet, so can’t really help Tree, sorry. Didn’t have enough experience on FM5 to tell you how it worked on there either I’m afraid. I’m sure someone in the know will come up with the answer eventually.
Tree usually if you have a design and you change it (and it was a saved design) it will unshare automatically and then you’d have to manually re-share (resets DL etc) but seems a glitch if it is shows both. :S
Are you having issues / or had any issues with sync when you fire up the game??
I’m having the same issue now. Apparently I have duplicates of the same design up. I’ve asked LV if she can somehow remove
the duplicate, but it’s very annoying!

AB, DM, thank you as well for the replies. AB, it doesn’t appear to be a connection drop issue, everything else seems to be okay and I’m not having any extended load times.
Again, its pretty harmless but I want to fix the mistakes I find and its annoying to hear the ones with issues are still there.
NP Treewick. Like you said, it’s a pretty harmless issue, but an issue all the same.
I’ve got duplicates on several of my public designs actually. If you make any changes at all after you’ve made the design public,
instead of disappearing from the servers, it’s stuck there.
Do you know if the duplicate is downloadable or what? =/
Yes this occurs if you have downloads on the design which you unshared . I had this issue in Horizon2. If you really need to fix it then you have to download old design again if its still up in the server you should be able to find it. then You will need to unshare it again, removed the duplicate for me not sure if it will work in FM6 but you can try.
