I dont know who thought that making some cars only available to get in wheelspins was a good idea, is the worst thing i have seen in a horizon game in my life, and not only that, the cars that are exclusive are the ones that people want the most, i mean you spent all summer showing off the fact that the limousine and the british taxi where in this game and now after 500 wheelspins i still dont have any of those, seriously what were you thinking?.
And before someone says, “well just buy them in the auction house”, have already try to look for them and they are super rare to find, and as soon as one goes up it solds 5 second later. also i know some of this cars ar ein the league rewards but leagues are awful right now in this game, it takes like half an hour to find a game and i dont have friends to play with so sometimes i get awful teams.
Please playground fix this and make all this cars available to purchase at leats from the forzathon shop, take out those silly cosmetics out of this shop and put in this cool exclusive cars.
I think, in order for the Auction House to have any validity, these cars SHOULD be hard to get; all Forza Horizon Edition Cars should be hard to get.
That was the problem with FH3… They made these available through standard Forzathons and their value plummeted on the Auction House.
Play the game, keep spinning the wheel, and keep your fingers crossed. Otherwise, those “pink ballerina slippers” will be the only thing of value in this game. (and that will be sad)
Well it doesnt have validity if the cars just last like 5 seconds in the auction house either. Besides i have no control in the chances of getting this cars, it just pure RNG, and i think thats awful, its the same problem that lootboxes create, the only difference here is that at least wheelspins cannot be bought with real money fortunately.
If you want these cars to become rare, put them in the forzathon shop for 1000 points or more, that would make them rare and also make people play and enjoy the game more, thats my opinion at least

You’re not entirely wrong but with the way the AH benefits Legend flippers, allowing them to earn WAY more than they should in the first place, it’s only gonna work if they start it again from scratch, which is not gonna happen because Playground finds it perfectly acceptable for someone not part of a clique to require 20 million for cars that should never have been that rare in the first place (like the '18 Civic currently available in the Forzathon Shop).
I see your point, but it does make the car feel special when you do get one. It took me forever to find a TTRS in the auction house because I never got one in a spin. I finally found one yesterday in auction as soon as it was listed and bought it out for cheap. My only suggestion to you is refresh the auction list at least 10 times on that specific search every time you go to the garage. Once you see the car, just buy it out. You may have to try multiple times, but you will get one. It took me finding the TTRS twice before I was able to snag one quick enough in auction.
I agree, was so great feeling to spend 2 hours last night in auction house and get 10 of those cars what i was missing and hummer h1 was only one that cost bit mutch (600k) only one that i didint get was golf r but moment ago after leveling up i got it on wheelspin. Those are pretty hard to get in auction house but no way near impossible. It just feels op is salty that havent get all those cars that want right away, come on this game life time should be 2-3 years and allready most cars will get really easily so it’s just good think there is some bit more rare cars.
I agree that there should be rare cars dont get me wrong, what i dont like is the way you get them is by pure RNG, if they for example had a super hard challenge that you have to do to get them like completing all races in the game in unbeatable or winning 1000 races or things like that it would be far more interesting to me than just spinning a wheel and hope for the best.
It’s not pure rng so long than auction house is there. But auction house is also really big problem with those cars because guys like me who knows that car is worth mutch more than 200k than i can sell it never but those cars in auction house and many thinks “oh it’s just common or rare and worth like 30k cr so it’s pointless to sell”. I raither keep that car sitting on my garage or just quick selling. I have zero intrest to sell those cars when some “painter” buy it and sell it for 20m cr. That auction house system is so stupid that with legendary status you can sell car for 20m and with elite status you cant get ask even 500k cr more than car value is.
I don’t think it is pure RNG, that’s why they’re rare. I think it increases the probability of winning a more desirable prize the higher your level gets.
I mean I dont mind it but it does feel a little special. I won a 05 NSX in a spin last night and I said to myself I have that one dont I? Nope I have the 92 so that little moment was cool
I find FE cars are mostly worthless as I get so many of each type from the superspin that strangely “common” cars are the hardest to get. Also the rarest of them are usually priced low by the game so you will never get credits amounting to their true worth.
Having no way to re-sell cars elsewise kind of sucks because no-one wants the Mercury Coupe and most people have loads of them from the wheelspins.
youd think after the reception for fm7s locked cars they wouldnt go down this route a second time, I don’t mind working towards the cars as part of either lv grinding or a challenge or a getting a castle, but what doesnt help this rng case is how rare some of them are as spin prizes, Im sure my wheels spins are in the upper 100s if not near 1000 by now and have yet to see the crown victoria and only the taxi in the single digits, id prefer it if they offerred them as prizes in seasonals events or forzathon shop if playground/t10 want to keep them out of the auction house

Agreed. There needs to be a guaranteed way to get each car. It’s one thing if a car is locked behind progression…but it starts to become a problem when people’s favorite cars are locked behind chance.
