I understand there is probably an increase in help requests, due to the amount of people who have to stay at home at the moment, but to have my request ignored for a whole week? That really takes the mickey.
It looks like ill have to bash away at this connection problem myself. I actually posted here about it, hoping someone may have some suggestions, but the mods deleted it!
I paid for this product, but when I need support im ignored and my posts are deleted. Thats extremely sad.

I’ve never, ever had a response to any ticket. EVER. Don’t hold your breath. Sorry. How it is.
Guys here on board, Manteo Max, et al, that isn’t their job. They do good job here. But the rest, nevermind.
I put in a ticket at launch. I got a response a year later.
I don’t think I’ve ever got a response from any major company within a week, ever, on a ticket.
Only youtubers get swift response from support, they don’t care after receiving money from others.
It’s not only that more people log for support, it is also that covid is certainly also impacting people of the support.
Yes, you’d better try everything you can on your own before requesting support.
