A couple of days ago I tried to start FH2 only to get a synch message that returned an error at around 90%. This happened for two days then it finally synched.
Now, however, when I log into the xbox and open FH2, I have to start the game over again from the begining. Where has my profile gone? and how do I get my cr back, (in the millions), all of my cars, progress, etc?
I have tried hard resets, and looking through the , (now, mostly locked), menu’s to try and find my profile.
Any suggestions?
The exact same thing has happened to me i was level 127 and has 6 mil… took too long to achieve guess im gonna have to trade it in now unless it can get fixed
This also happened to me just by removing my profile and putting it back on didn’t delete anything super sucks cause I just bought a Ferrari 250 GTO a almost 6m dollar car, and a lvl 203, super weird cause keeps sending me to the beginning but Forza HUB says I have over 50+ cars and shows all my achievements even was in the same club but all my cars and progress gone
I have the same problem since today. I lost my 3Million, bute the level is the same.
Puhh i´m not the only one wo have this problem 
I’ve sent a message to forzafb@microsoft.com with the subject line of savegame error. It’s been two days and haven’t heard anything. Not wanting to play until this is fixed.
I have to say, it gets tiresome trying to get any help for the forza games…
I’ll think long and hard before buying anything else from them.

Alright, so after an hour with MS support I was given a telephone number to call to sort it out.
I call today and get some cafe in Melbourne… Really?
