Really not happy with my horizon 2 it seems to have reset itself which has caused it to delete all my cars, my rank and I had to start the whole game again, seriously not happy. Help?
Ive had a similar issue, it says my profile is invalid, and therefore i cant log into the game anymore on my account. Fourm members such as snowowl tried to help, and i appreciate their help. But there is only so much they can do. I talked to Xbox support and they said its not an Xbox issue, its an issue with the game. So they said to contact the developers. Well They have no phone number and have not responded to my PMs or fourm threads, Im very unimpressed with turn 10 and playground games.
Lost my Turn 10 (FM5, FH2) game sync on Friday. Spent 2 hrs on each game at “sync”. It even said “cannot sync” after a while, but I hit “continue sync”–DO NOT HIT CANCEL–and got my game saves back.
