Ive been reset on horizon 2 twice now and I’m not happy about it I’ve spoken to Xbox support and have been told to post here for the issue to be resolved and was given a number for you to prioritize my case the case numb is 1343738573 please help me to resolve issue as this issue is putting me off from purchasing further forza titles
I feel your pain.
I have also got a loading problem with Forza Horizon 2. I bought the storm pack and it has not worked since.
First I did a full removal and then a reinstall.
So I thought it might have been the disc was corrupted, so I bought the digital version. Still the same.
I have tried signing out and disconnecting from Internet then holding the X button on the console for 10 seconds and turning power off until the power block light went out.
I have all so tried doing the full turning off thing and then turning on while holding the eject and the power button till the second bleep and I’ve allowed for the full sync to happen and then it freezes. The longest I have left it frozen is 8 hours.
I have over 80 cars and over 100 hours invested, as well as owning the game twice and not being able to use it.
Can anyone help please?
I have the same problem lvl108 all achievements 100% all good cars etc and upgrades all lost
