Horizon 2 save file not syncing, every time I start the game it fails. Some times syncing bar slowly climbs to 99% before failing (this takes around an hour)
I have the game on digital but have also tried the disc.
Contacted Microsoft support who went through the usual motions but resolved nothing.

This has just happened to me again. This is now the 3rd time it has happened on Horizon 2. I also had this happen on Forza 5 after over 500 hours of gameplay. I have put in over 150 hours into Horizon 2 and each time I lose everything. [Mod Edit - Abbreviated profanity, profanity and profanity that is disguised but still alludes to the words are not permitted - D] This should not still be happening to people nearly 3 years after the Xbox One released, but it still is.

Same thing here, Can’t load game sync on forza, it loads too slow and at the 99% says after a long time that there was an error, so try again. Xbox support do not help at all, and send me to this forum. As someone else said you invest a lot of game time play to find out your information is lost or can’t sync the info from the cloud. The worst thing is that I don’t see any clear information or someone who helps you from forza horizon 2, everyone hides, and at this point it’s frustating. Anyone knows what should I do or if there is a 1 800 number from FH2? So I can’t talk to someone directly?

I am having nothing but issues playing this game online. I have been doing nothing but spending majority of the time restarting, clearing persistent storage, removing and adding accounts … resetting console and reinstalling game. I have practically exhausted all avenues and losing patience of getting this game going.
I am connecting wifi however everything shows Good and working.
I have had this game since launch and has been working well apart from a month ago.
Any suggestions of how to get this thing going?
