I started up the game and for some reason the game synced. After it was finished to my surprise was the game starting from the beginning. This save is from when the game first released. I have earned over 17,000,000 credits, almost every car in my garage, I have VIP, car pass, every other car pack bought except one. I contacted Xbox via chat and they told me to come here and tell my issue. My whole save is gone. They had me try some things which didn’t work. Not sure why they told me to come here.

Rosie: I see. It appears to be an in-game issue connecting your account on Forza Horizon 2 server. I would advice to uninstall and reinstall the game to fix any possible corrupted file on the game that may have caused this. The game saves on the account should be fine as Xbox one has cloud saves it should save your progress once the game is working fine.
