My Horizon 2 did and update today, and I have lost saved game. I have deleted the game locally and allowed it to sync till 100% , just want to know how many other people have suffered this problem. I have found only two threads so it can’t be common.

It’s pretty common - I’ve got this reply typed out ready for the next guy with the same problem. The best we can do here on the forum is to point you to an email address, and this recent post by HeliosT10 who is on the development team:

Happened to me once…sorry man. I had to start over from a lvl 263 profile if I remember correctly. T10 will help with credits usually to assist you getting back to where you were but you will probably back to LVL 1 again wristband wise, that’s what happened to me so don’t take what I said as fact of T10 giving away credits. On the bright side my club position and rival times were sill intact when I restarted.
Just think of it as a way to start over in a new direction.
