Premium Add-Ons Bundle not providing benefits on family/shared account

I purchased this game via another account belongs to me, and I playing the game via my XBOX account. The problem is that I owned the VIP, race day carpack, welcome pack, and carpass. I jumped into early access like everyone else who owned premium edition. I found out that I did not get the carpack and carpass like everyone else did. Here is photo. How can I get my carpack and carpass back?

I doubt it. In fact, the reference to the home console is not entirely irrelevant. We have three PCs and two Xbox devices in use. In fact, on the Xbox that is not the home console with which the purchase was made, this account must be logged in. This is also the case when using Game Pass games.

On the home console, the account with which the game is to be played is sufficient. I think the other account has to be logged in there every X days (licence check). However, the time window is large and does not help in this case. I had logged the account that buys.

On PCs, the account must be logged into the store, but not even there permanently. After some changes, I had Forza Motorsport running the day before yesterday without a logged shop account.

The fact is that the content is simply missing. It does not work as it should. I have hundreds if not more Xbox games. No it does not work the way it should. No matter who is logged where or not.

Sadly no the ‘home console’ account switching does not resolve this issue. I’ve tried every combination of account log-ins on both consoles and PCs and nothing makes the DLC content pop.

I also tried restarting the Introduction / tutorial on the shared account just in case the DLC was linked to that, no joy.

I bought the deluxe version from MS Store for PC (no gamepass)
and later bought the premium addon bundle.
After installing the game I always got CTD when I tried to start the game and wasn’t able to play it at all.

My solution was to uninstall and refund the game.

After that I bought the premium version from Steam and this works without any problems.

Only the licence is relevant. Even with DLCs that are only available from point X in the game. This restriction only affects the account that is currently playing. In fact, the account that buys the thing can also ignore it completely. The licence is there. Whether the buyer uses it himself is completely irrelevant. I usually play the things before my husband because I generally game a lot more. He doesn’t play much of it at all. Don´t play a role. There is obviously a problem with the DLCs. What we are experiencing here is not usual and should not be like this. It also doesn’t look like the usual workarounds will do any good. I’m afraid only a patch will help. Since it’s almost weekend, it’s doubtful that we will get it this week.

Same problem here, I have PC and bro has Xbox, we use same gamepass account and own accounts for gaming. We both can play FM early and have “crown logo” but all other Premium benefits are missing (we have Premium bundle)

Same issue didnt release till now will this b fixed? Or should i take 14 hours of game play and flush it and start over. I have 2 acounts cause i use 1 for competition and 1 for casual. I have played only on competitive acount wich is not my main. Pretty sad and upset if this isnt fixed. All other forzas didnt have this issue

Premium Edition. Not a shared account. No Welcome pack etc. cars. Shows as owned in ‘in game store’. Windows platform. Win app store account is different to Xbox account.

+1 Got early access and badge etc but no cars credits and other stuff

Same issue as everyone else, my son is unable use the DLC but I have full access.

Add me to the list. My son got the Premium add ons bundle on the xbox series x. My account shows I own all the same dlc accept no cars are in my garage. Also mine doesn’t show that I own the Car Pass either which he got.

Update to this post. Since we have three xboxes, my son’s wasn’t his “home” xbox. He switched his to his home xbox, and now the Car Pass shows as being owned on my account, but still no cars in my garage.
