Premium Add-Ons Bundle not providing benefits on family/shared account

Same here. I have VIP badge, race suit, the end of race credits bonus, and a single Porsche FE car. I don’t have the credits or any of the other cars though. Not sure if I have any other parts of premium or if I’m missing any other parts.

Edit: Porsche FE is loyalty reward and not VIP. I don’t know how to strike through text or I would do that.

Im having an issue just getting into the game. It says “Coming soon” on the box and it shows my Premium Content as saying “doesnt need to be installed” but its telling me i still cant play the game cause its not out yet?

2018 Porsche 911 GT2 RS Forza Edition? This is not a VIP bonus. It’s a loyalty reward. The link in the car list leads to a page that says nothing about it. But might be a reward for playing one / more older Forza games as usual. Such loyalty rewards have been around since various instalments in both Motorsport and Horizon. This time, with only one car, they are even comparatively thin.

Same issue, premium ed. playing through windows activated game via windows store, DLC shows owned but no welcome pack cars nor credit, i do have the crown next to my name and completed builders cup intro

Same Problem for me, I have bought the premium edition, and do not have any VIP features, like the cars and the 500K money.

A friend of mine bought the game and then paid the £30 for the add ons and the 5 days early access. However, is unable to get into the game. Can someone tell me why this is happening. No-one should be having this issue otherwise, some people will be asking for their money back because they couldnt get into the game early as promised. !!

Same issue here. Purchased the full premium edition on PC. Non-shared account. The only “perk” I have is 2x credits.

The in-game store says I own everything. The Xbox app and Microsoft store say it’s all installed. Not sure if the cars are delayed until official launch, but I know at the very least the 500,000CR should be working, because I’ve seen videos of other early access players where the CR is there.

So far I’ve done everything recommended here with no luck.

  • Updated/Reset both the Microsoft store and Xbox apps.
  • Uninstalled/Reinstalled the game.
  • Verified game files through the Xbox app.

I thought I finally figured it out. It seemed that the Xbox app was only launching the Standard Edition of the game. So I made sure to launch the game from the Premium Edition page, but the problem persists.

You should not only have the credits but also various DLC cars. It works for my husband. He has a full garage with DLC cars. And yes, if it works, they go directly into the collection. No collecting via menu or message. They are directly owned.

Yesterday there was also a message at the start of the game that included the Car Pass car. If it would work. My husband got them, I didn’t.

Same issue here. Bought the Upgrade on my main account, got early access and VIP status on the sub account. None of the DLC works however. Haven’t had this issue since FH2. Won’t continue to play until the issue is fixed. No use for cars if I’d already beat the game.

Didn’t realize what you meant. I tried to move on with the game until the problem gets resolved, but some of the cars they offer you to purchase to start the career mode races are the same ones that you’re supposed to get for free with the bundles. So you’re basically just wasting credits. Guess I’ll just stick with multiplayer until this gets sorted lol.

It seems to have nothing to do with the platform at all. I have seen people complaining about this problem on both Xbox consoles and PCs, and it has nothing to do with whether the Xbox game account and the Microsoft Store purchase account are unified. Both players above have encountered this problem.

Please launch the fix as soon as possible.

This is a game that has been developed for 6 years. The various problems exposed so far make people question how much effort you have put in.

Issue - Purchased premijm add on bundle but did not recieve cars or money etc .

Tried all recommended resolves on the support site with no success .

This is mildly infuriating as you can imagine . Its like paying for a can of coke and you walk down the road to find theres no coke in the can .

Please can you give us some sort of update on this ? Other players dont have issues there ok having fun with there new cars etc and we just sit here in the dark being scammed out of our money
