I just started the seasonal stunts. Has there been a change? I try to do the stunts in as low a PI car as possible and sometimes it works really well, like a B doing a speed trap in an Anything Goes S2 restriction. It’s been working. This week it’s not; I get a message that an A Ferrari and an S1 Lambo or whatever it was does not meet the requirements.
Thing is, why not? Might be that S2 Anything Goes means whatever you want so long as it’s not X but S2 Italy means just that, only S2. Regardless, if it CAN be done in a lower-class car, why block it?

I have noticed that too. It sometimes works, and sometimes doesn’t. Really strange.

This was and is the case since the very beginning.
It obviously depends on who at PG creates the Festival Playlist. It seems it can be set up with or without “downsizing”. Most times you could downsize - but not always.
Playing on XSX.

the drift zones were the ones I thought were variable, we’ll see how that goes this series but usually I use an A in an S1 and it’s been fine for quite a while
the newish thing is that lower-class cars started to work in the other stunts, or I’d never really tried it so didn’t notice
it’s not a major problem, of course, but another one of those little unclear/mystifying things that plague games these days

@SpirantCrayon22 I see it like this: Forza Horizon did grow significantly in complexity from title to title. Especially Mike Brown wanted to put in everything into FH5 what was in any earlier FH game - even in titles before his time with PG. Obviously such complexity cannot be handled by PG as of today. I really hope that they will be able to change that in the future - fingers crossed therefor!
The veteran FH players like you and me are sometimes irritated by the plethora of bugs in FH5 (also applying similarly to FH4 on a smaller scale) - and sometimes just annoyed. But if I talk to new players - for them these bugs (or inconsistencies) are just confusing. I see this as one major problem why FH5 is having obvious difficulties to KEEP new players in the game. If you look at the Horizon Superstar Hall of Fame you see that there are around 30m players which is mega. But a huge number of them obviously played the game only for a very short time if you look at their accolade points.
