We all know its worthless but we had hope & got screwed again. Ill never be screwed again is all I can say. But when & If a patch roles through that allows us to download it please leave confirmation of it here so the masses can stop wasting their time with fruitless hope. This is an absolute Atrocity.

I downloaded this for PC without issue, downloaded it the day it became available. Ok download was slow but it all came down without any problems at all.
Why would you even post that here, consider yourself lucky. there are alot of people with issues here. several threads actually and T10 knows its an issue.
Had no problem downloading FH3 when it released, even though many, many others were having this same issue.
Now I feel their pain: 3 attempts at downloading with the latest making it up to 39.50 GB before restarting.
At 10Mbps this download cripples the internet in my home. No one is able to even load a Youtube video.
The fact that I’m excepted to download this in one go without pauses or breaks in my Internet connection is ridiculous. This is the only game I’ve ever run into this issue in.
WTF guys…so much for early access. Think I’ll take a refund.
It’s still not working. I’ve restarted the download maybe 12 times now and at this point the game could’ve been installed already.
I was really looking forward to this game, but this combined with the fact that they gimped the game on PC to make the 4k Xbox look better kind of has me leaning towards a refund.

My download (listing 2 Forza 7s) finished during the night and restarted. I killed it and ran ‘wsreset’. When Store came back up it starting downloading just one, and all is well.
This program found corruption in some Store apps. You may want to run it, too.
worked for me over night, before lost about 300gb 
i then started the download direct in the ultimate version window, then it put 5 downloads up, the ultimate and standard and the extras; maybe this was just lucky i dont know; still the store is absolutly horrible
It seems to (maybe) be working now. At least, it’s working better than it was before for me. Previously it would completely fail to show a download speed, despite saying it had downloaded 30GB, then it would fail altogether with an error message, then when I restarted it would get back to where it was before (roughly 30GB) and then stop, and then fail altogether again. Now, at least, it seems to be downloading at a steady if unspectacular rate. It did seem to start downloading properly at exactly midnight here, so maybe that stickied post about it being possible to download when it actually unlocks was accurate.
Anyway, at the current rate it’s gonna take me about another 9 hours to download, and that’s assuming it actually works. So I won’t be playing it tonight, I guess. Which is a shame. This was genuinely the first game I ever paid extra money for the ultimate edition with the specific intention of playing it at the earliest possible opportunity. I was really excited (well, somewhat excited, it’s just a video game after all). I’m not gonna launch into the kind of vitriol that others like to indulge in, but this was really disappointing, and really quite baffling. This is easily the most amount of data I’ve been required to download for a digital game, and you’d think the one thing they could get right would be not making people download it multiple times. I’m fortunate in that I have no data cap and relatively fast Internet by Australian standards (ie still not fast), but I’d be livid if I’d spent days blowing through limited data to no avail.
Mine failed at almost 50GB earlier, and now that its almost Midnight where I am, its downloading fine without a problem at the moment.
If it does finish and installs, ill edit this post to let you folks know.
Well the Xbox One version unlocked a few minutes ago at midnight here in the UK as I’m in the process of playing it right now so my assumption was that the PC version is also unlocked. However, to no-one’s surprise, least of all my own, I am STILL unable to get this game to even start downloading without all four queued FM7 files throwing up an error. What a massive disappointment.
I already have the VIP, Day 1 Car Pack and Hoonigan Car pack downloaded for over a week now, and no problems atm with PC version, guess wait till the base game is done before worrying about the other stuff?
Might have to consider a refund. Failed here at just over 60 GB(After official release) and I assume more than once since it restarted DL the second time at zero and deleted the 67 gigs already showing. Lack of response from the team here has taken the gloss off it all. Fibre but not unlimited data so not much choice for me.
mine finally installed between around 2200 28/09/17 and 0002 29/09/17 fine. had been failing all day. i did completely disable the download and clicked download from store before installing this time. probably didnt matter anyway, id imagine its server related their side. so all good here midlands UK. game seems to run smoothly but cut sceens are choppy. bt infinity 80, 2x980ti sli asus4k60hz 3960x max settings
I played an hour of the Xbox One version and, while the gameplay seemed to be a flawless 60 FPS, there was also lots of stuttering during FMVs so it isn’t just the PC version…
… speaking of which… still cannot download the game on my PC yet other app updates installed fine plus Halo Wars 2 and Minecraft updated without issue over the past two days. Oh, Microsoft, how I hate you because you seem to hate me!!!
Mine downloaded 80gb and restarted, then 2gb and an error, then 8gb and an error then it just got an error instantly every time until yesterday when it downloaded and installed with zero problems. I think I got lucky. One thing I did different is that I unplugged my computer from my router and plugged it directly into my modem. This may be part of the issue because I read that the issue can occur with weird drops in connection.
I’ve been trying to download this game since the 26th and so far all attempts are unsuccessful, i spoke to Microsoft rep online and apparently its a known issue, so far i haven’t passed 20gb
Good news… I am continuing download from where I had to shut down to go sleep, Bad news… still get an error, but good news is that it continues from where it left off even if you get the error
