pls help t10: All my cars are gone!

All my 200 cars in forza 5 are lost. yesterday in the middle of my gaming evening i want to change the car, go to my garage and all my 200 cars in forza 5 were gone. My money, setups, painting, driver level (over 1000), lap times,… all is here but no cars only a toyota trueno!!! i could puke… so please help me T10

Although this sucks Lets be honest you’ve been quite lucky just to loose only your cars, and not everything else like quite a few people have.

Thats right mate. But i want my cars back… because not all of my setups and paintings are saved. And the expensive ferraris and p classs cars… i had a lot of them…! The whole work and time for nothing!?! Microsoft said i should talk to t10 they can help me… but where is t10 when i need their help?

A mod should see your post soon and point you in the right direction, I no you used to have to message Heliost10 for game saves losses etc so maybe try that. Bare in mind it’s quite early where they are based so you may not receive a response for a couple hours.

No i sold nothing! The game crashed and after restart all cars were gone… in my garage was only a white trueno that wasn’t a car of mine.

Is our profiles stored in the cloud or on HDD?
I sincerely hope that your account was not tampered/accessed by someone who simply ‘removed’ your cars.
As a precaution, maybe best to change your password.

I dont know, but i also have reload the gaming datas from my cloud new but the cars are nevertheless not in my garage.

You do need to contact Turn 10 Studios regarding this, but there is no guarantee they will respond and/or be able to do anything for you. Best case scenario they gift you some odd millions of credits to buy the cars again.

To contact Turn 10, please send an e-mail to forzafb@microsoft.com.
Make sure to include your Gamertag, the issue, and what you were doing directly prior to the issue happening so that they have the best chance possible to resolve it. I would also include what you would like to see done if they cannot fix the issue, but make sure to be reasonable.

On the forums, you may want to search for Helios T10 and send him the same message as the e-mail. There are several other Turn 10 staff members that also have accounts on the forums and you may try messaging them as well if you feel it would be beneficial.

Unfortunately, I cannot gift or sell you any cars to help out. :frowning:

Why did i get no response from T10? I send a mail to them, i sent a message to Helios T10, i post my problem in this forum… but no answer! ???

im having the same problem here man and i gotta say i feel really sorry for you 200 cars is a lot i only lost 20 but half of them were gifted so thats why i am desperate to try and get them back :frowning:

Have u guys completed the campaign?

I see a few people saying this… have people been getting their garage deleted upon completing the career mode or something? Not that I imagine I could stomach that many 2-3 lap races from 14th place but it’d be good to know if that’s a recurring problem.

It was a theory a few months back because all at once people who seemed to have beat campaign lost their cars sometime afterwards. I was just seeing if that’s what happened again

This is what sucks about the “Cloud” and it always will.
Your data that you’ve paid for is on someone’s server, who knows where.

You’ve spent hundreds of $$$$ to have them lose it.

This is why I hate the Cloud, and I’m really starting to hate the
way Turn 10 operates and the lack of customer concerns.

Turn 10 and every other game developer are hostages to Microsoft’s policy on cloud saves via the Xbox One. I agree though, it would be nice to be able to back up a save OR, to create up to three “Restore Points” in the event that this happens - and let Xbox Live’s techs do the save recovery (for those developers who are concerned about manipulation of the save).

When they cant’t give me my cars back so i want some game credits to buy them again… i spent near 200 million credits for them and investigate hundrets of hours to make them driveable… that sucks!!! And nobody of T10 is interested in my problem.
