I was in a drift lobby and the track didn’t load in for anyone and I quit the game and booted it back up and I was left with a toyota ae86 I never owned one and now it’s my only car I had around 30 other cars and their all gone. On the start menu it says not enough space left but I had a lot of space on my hard rive and never gave cars back.
I had the same issue today. I started my profile and my garage and stats are empty. Just a Toyota Truena is in my garage.
I am really disappointed with the game, since I could see in some forums this issue cannot be solved (at least as far as I know).
I cannot understand how this is possible, a synchronization issue should not produce a wipe of all data in there. It means that the synch process is not very well designed.
Good luck. I lost over 200 cars and have been waiting for nearly two weeks and still haven’t gotten any help from T10.
Have you tried holding down the consoles power button down for 10 seconds?
My profile got reseted a few weeks ago, lost around 50 or 60 million credits worth of cars and such. I contacted them via facebook and they sent me an email address to contact them at “forzafb@microsoft.com” and I told them what had happened and around how many credits I probably lost, the next day I had 80 million credits gifted to me so try doing this.
