T10 will pay me my cars in cr so i can rebuilt my garage they said. Because they cant’t reload my cars

this is the second time that I lost my cars. it happened to me this past sat. Microsoft couldn’t help and helios just sent me some credits the first time this happened. I messaged helios again but haven’t got a response about it. this is really discouraging me to keep playing forza5. and ive been playing since 2007.
I contacted helios here in the forum… The problem with my cars also happend this saturday a week ago… Have you got all the credits back your garage was worth?
all on my cars are gone also it only show class b car i have left this is why i hate online service games

You are aware that the last activity in this thread was almost ten years ago? There is no more support for Forza Motorsport 5 any longer.
all my cars have disappeared as well and the official Forza support cant seem to do anything to fix it. Has anyone found anyway possible to fix this issue? I’ve lost all my CR and my supercars that I’ve worked for months on. Any suggestions will be appreciated!
