Helios T10 will not be in the office until Monday. The Turn 10 employees generally do not work weekends, and they are the only ones who can access server information if that is what is necessary to see what happened.
Are you sure you’ve accessed the correct save (local versus The Cloud)? Have you tried doing the five-second hold of the Big X button on the console to shut everything down, then disconnecting the external power cord from the wall socket and waiting five or 10 minutes, then plugging in the power, starting the console as you normally do? If something hiccupped locally, that might fix it.
If it is something Turn 10’s techs need to investigate, you will have to wait.
My suggestion is just start over. You may be surpsised on what you didn’t lose. I thought I had lost everything and when I started I had everything except my cars, money, lvl, and stats. Everything else was still there so I didnt have to rebuild tunes or complete the requirements for the badges and titles I had to get them back.
One thing to remember: When you are done playing the game, make sure you go into the Xbox One Dashboard, and with FM5 highlighted, use the horizontal three-dash button, scroll down and QUIT the game. If you’re exiting by just signing off of LIVE or changing games, you’re most likely corrupting the saved game file because it is not completely saving.

Hello everyone, i lost my save game too there one week ago : cars, money, level, career.
I contact HeliosT10 the 05/14 and explain my problem.
I doubt that it takes time but in one week i have no any new.
I graded my saved game (45,1Mo), and i didn’t replay to overwrite my save.
So I did not enjoy my forza in waiting for a answer.
Please, i’d like to hear whether i can play (and permanently lose my save) or if i have to wait a patch or solution for fix the problem.
You won’t hear anything until the techs investigate and figure out what is going on. To the fellow who keeps posting in this thread: You won’t get an answer to any emails or messages on weekends - Turn 10 doesn’t normally work then.
Have patience. The situation is under investigate and it has been elevated. Until there is a solution, there will not be a response.
