I came to the Forza Horizon game a bit late in the day, I purchased it a long time ago on my Xbox 360 but gave it a new lease of life when it went games with gold and backward compatible on my xbox one. I’ve almost completed Horizon 2 and working on Horizon 3 and I have been working through the achievements on the original and now find that one particular car pack missing makes the achievements impossible. I missed the delisting announcement of the DLC and as a result missed some of the car packs. The Bondurant car pack specifically I think as it contains the 2 x Shelby’s you need plus the barn find one. I think the Lamborghini in this pack is required for an achievement too.
Please can these be re-listed. Surely they could be licensed or discounted, hell, I’d be happy for them to remain full price just please give us the chance to buy them. Seems odd, begging someone to let me buy an add-on for a game but some of us like to explore all content in games.

Not going to happen, as the game has officially reached “End of Life” status. That means that most (if not all) DLC has been removed from the store and the game is no longer being supported.
You can still buy the season pass from gamestop USA, but don’t rush there yet since there are problems. The Rally Expansion will work, but the car packs don’t. They appear in the game car show right after you install the season pass, but, when you try to buy any of those cars, you get a pop up message (game GUI not xbox360 dash GUI) that says that this particular premium content is not available. After you close and boot up the game next time the season pass cars are gone from the car show (when you reinstall the season pass, they come back, but you can’t buy any of those, close the game, boot up the game, cars are gone… and the circle continues). This is a problem that needs to be solved ASAP since it is a technical issue and has nothing to do with licensing or whatever.
I am guessing that the US Season Pass code won’t work for a UK account. Even if it did let you get all the car packs and cars.
I’m from Estonia and my Xbox Live region is also UK since there is no region for Estonia (in order to use Xbox Live services we usually choose UK, Finland or USA for it). As far as I know Xbox (now Windows10 also I guess) doesn’t have region locked codes for games. In order to buy and pay from gamestop USA you have to have US billing address (credit card or paypal doesn’t work, if it doesn’t have US address associated with it). To go around that, I bought the gamestop gift card from ebay (digital code) and used some randomly generated US address during the checkout.
