Come on! I can't STILL redeem the FH3 Cars after months

Since August, I’ve been trying to get the FH3 cars. I bought the game back in August (FH3+4 Ultimate) and I’m not wasting half of that money. Basically when I try to do it it says something like PEX category not found.
Don’t ask me to do tickets. I already made like 2 and from that link, I also asked Microsoft Community also twice. I want to know if there’s a way escalate the requests from the humans that are as useful as bots (pre-ChatGPT) on the support request horrible ticket thing.
Proof of purchase, I’m willing to show it to support agents to verify (not here)
It says ‘FREE’ and then it doesn’t work. I also did that for FH4 and it worked. Why not FH3? I think since the game is delisted, no licences can be sold, so even though I have the game, the ‘licence’ is in the Ultimate code and I have to ‘get it out of there’ or ask for it to be on my account.

If you’ve added the packs to your library before the delisting, you can download them if you get a hold of the MS Store links. I’m unsure if all the free packs are added automatically or not. I don’t think you’ll be able to get those you haven’t claimed before the delisting since they’re free.

I’ve claimed them all when they were available so I’m not 100% sure. Try searching for some answers on Reddit or create a post there. They’ll most likely have an answer. They helped me download the DLCs on my PC a few months ago.

As far as I know FH3 is not supported anymore, you cannot download any dlc content because it’s delisted for a couple years now. Even if it’s for free, it’s still dlc so you need to download the product from the store, but it’s not there anymore, so it’s not possible.
But maybe there’s a workaround idk.

If you’ve already bought/claimed/owned the content, you’re able to download it at any time. Delisted DLCs are harder to get to, but it is possible. You need to find a direct link to the MS Store page for each of the DLCs and download them from there. However, if you haven’t claimed the free DLCs, you won’t be able to get them because you haven’t purchased them, it’s not in your library (which you cannot see for whatever reason).

Links for expansions:
Blizzard Mountain
Hot Wheels

The other ones I couldn’t get. Installed automatically with the game.

I found another method. If you have enough time, you can also browse through your order history.

Edit: My bad, that doesn’t include free content from the store, only if it was redeemed as a code…

What cars specifically are you trying to redeem?

Few months? How? Since the game was delisted in 2020, if you did it there must be a way.

Every car from the DLC.

I redeemed it as a code in August last year. Car pass yes, everything but what’s in the car pass no.

I got them both, the Ultimate code did it both. It’s only Treasure Map (IDK how that comes with the ultimate bundle - does it?) and the cars in Car Pass.
I’m going to start up the game and show you a full video. I should be grateful as well, online was fixed.

I don’t believe the Treasure Map came with the Ultimate Edition.

I’ve now also understood how it worked. The Car Pass made all Car Packs released until March 2017 free to download, it did not actually include them. If you wanted to make use of the Car Pass, you had to claim the respective DLCs. Since they were removed from the store in September 2020, they’re no longer available to purchase them. That means if you haven’t claimed/purchased them for free until the end-of-life status, you are no longer available to obtain them, even though you own the Car Pass.

In short: Car Pass makes the DLCs free, not containing them. You had to claim them separately and that is no longer an option. You’re unfortunately out of luck. :slightly_frowning_face:

I was able to download the expansions because I already owned them. Unfortunately, you aren’t able to quickly see owned removed content from the store, so I had to use a direct link.

How? I don’t own the car passes so it’s pointless. I mean the cars, not the Blizzard and Hot Wheels expansion. By not own, I mean I have the complete ‘Car Pass’ ownership, just not the individual car packs.

Can PGG/T10 not manually give it to me?
Come back in 19 minutes please:

Well, that’s the problem. You can have the Car Pass ownership, but the point of the Car Pass was to make the gradually releasing Car Packs free. So if you haven’t claimed the Car Packs manually, you don’t own them.

The Car Pass made them free, it didn’t give them to you.

@FunnySnake7662 As I stated before, the Car Pass only made the following Car Packs free, it didn’t claim them:

  • The Smoking Tire Car Pack
  • Alpinestars Car Pack
  • Logitech G Car Pack
  • Rockstar Energy Car Pack
  • Playseat Car Pack
  • Duracell Car Pack

Link to the store page

Nowhere does it state that it includes them, nor is there a list of included content. The description says “Get six monthly car packs at one low price.”

Here, for example, it does say what’s included.

PS: If you own the expansion packs but can’t download them in-game, follow the previously posted links.

Do you think it’s possible to ask Turn 10/PGG for the packs manually?
Also I still redeemed the codes when the game was delisted, so why doesn’t ‘FREE’ not work?

PGG and T10 do not care and even if they did, it would have some legal problems since they don’t own the licenses of the cars anymore but are still distributing them.

Redeeming codes and purchasing items from the store is different. E.g. promotional codes from Oreo, you could obtain the DLC when inputting the code, but the actual store page said Not Available.

The FREE marking in-game is there because of the Car Pass. The game registers you own it, so the packs are changed to free, however claiming the content isn’t possible because of the delisting.

I’m sorry to say this but you won’t be able to get the packs you haven’t claimed when they were available. The only option would be by redeeming codes for each item but I don’t believe such codes even existed in the first place.

For FH5 yes, but 4 no. I mean I could get a crack but don’t want to get banned, especially with a full paid game. For some reason though, as in the video, a few packs are purchased and some are ‘NEW’. Could I replicate that?

Why bring Horizon 4 and 5 into the question? They’re both still available to purchase. I don’t want to sound mean, but I don’t understand why this conversation takes so long. The game and DLCs have been delisted. You cannot buy (even for free) something that has been made unavailable/delisted.

The Hoonigan Pack says NEW because it was the last DLC added to the game and the only one you haven’t gotten a discount on after purchasing the Car Pass.
