Come on! I can't STILL redeem the FH3 Cars after months

Since August, I’ve been trying to get the FH3 cars. I bought the game back in August (FH3+4 Ultimate) and I’m not wasting half of that money. Basically when I try to do it it says something like PEX category not found. Don’t ask me to do tickets. I already made like 2 and from that link, I also asked Microsoft Community also twice.
