Am unable to access any online content after installing and launching FH on backcompat any others experiencing anything similar?

have gone into the store on XBOX ONE and redownloaded my DLC… but its not working in gameHow you guys getting on using your old saves? have you moved them via USB stick ?
I got all my paid DLC downloaded by going into my Games and Apps, clicking on Horizon with the menu button, then they appeared with an option to Download All. I haven’t tried to access it all in game yet though.
I got my game save imported by first moving my save on the 360 to the Cloud, using the options in Settings, Storage, I think it was. Then once I’d logged into the virtual 360 on the Xbox One, I got an error message after initially signing in. I closed down the game, tried again, and got a screen saying it was downloading my saves. It took a couple of minutes, but I signed in fine after.
My game is running very smooth, and the graphics look as good if not better.
My biggest problem so far is that FFB on my TX wheel is barely noticeable, the wheel has no centring force, and even this minimal FFB disappears every time I go into the menu. I can get it back by clicking the Xbox button then going back into the game, but I’m hoping both the FFB level and the menu dropping-out are able to be addressed.
Also, the game doesn’t seem to have a wheel rotation angle setting.
Thanks for that, things were running smoothly until i got to Mustang vs Mustang Showcase. The framerates have halved and is unplayable

Not worth playing right now with the servers being so bad. Almost finished with the achievement s and was enjoying some multiplayer but then server craps out… Hope it gets fixed. Looks great but then sometimes the graffic seems to drop to like 5fps which is terrible… I think it has to do with the server.
Probably too many users on the game right now is my guess. I have been playing Forza Horizon 1 for the past week and a half everyday with no issues. As soon as this backwards compatibility released and they put up the games with gold for the Xbox One the game started having issues. Guess I am shelfing this game for now.

ya mine isnt working either i cant even get any skins for my cars and the cash i get from forza hub i have about 4 million bucks saved up since i havent played this game for 4 years

Glad to see its not just a problem on my end.
Wanted to get some designs for some cars I bought, but wasn’t able to because it mentions that “The Horizon servers are not available at this time. Please try again later.”
Guess we’ll have to wait for the traffic to clear up?

I’ve just seen a potential problem with a faulty server. I was offered a bounty of 999,999,999CR for beating a rival after a showcase race. I took the offer but lost the race which is a relief really because I’ll bet a CR balance of that size could only mean trouble.
I was overpaid 500,000CR a couple of races later but I’m still wondering whether or not I should report it to T10.
I’ve been getting a lot of unpredictable server behavior uploading my times and ghosts which seems to be at the center of it. I hope they fix it soon.

Did two 1000club challenges, both uploads failed because of the servers… now I need to redo the race and speedtrap thing -.-

I am getting a lot of cannot connect to server warnings while trying to get new paintjobs which was ok this morning but I guess the traffic has increased and clogged it all up. On the plus side, I am really enjoying the game and I just hope it add’s up to my tier score before FH3 releases later this month.

Same here, I can access everything except online stuff… tried to give some cars and it said that they couldnt verify my account or something…

It was working the other day when it went on Games with Gold as I was playing in full lobbies on the multiplayer. Now I can’t even get the 1000 club rewards to register as they need to upload to the server. Ghosts/lap times also failing to submit.
I tried it on Xbox 360 and Xbox One. Same issue. It says the server is not responding.

Forza horizon 1 servers are down on 360 and one anyone know why???
Im having problem too. The uploads of times and ghosts in single player fail constantly!
Sooo, it seems that all the new players getting the game through GwG, combined with all the returning vets who had since moved on to X1s, and are now finally able to play again, have accidentally resulted in a DDoS nuking of the servers…
Who could’ve guessed this game was still that popular…?

If they’ve been sitting on BC for FH1 since before E3, then they seriosly screwed up, as that’s when BC for FH1 should’ve happened, as doing so would’ve likely resulted in less server strain this weekend…
I’m a first time Horizon player. The game looks fun, got it with GWG so I thought I would play it and enjoy it. But not the case, first I started experiencing laggy game play, frame rate drop. Then it started telling me the servers were not responding on certain functions of the game. I waited a day and tried it again but it seems that it’s still not working. Did we get a game that is no longer supported? I almost purchased something in the game right away but glad that I didn’t. So disappointed because It seemed so fun to play.
servers being offline or online is a moot point
the game has massive framerate issues after playing for some time, which render it unplayable anyway.
