Playground do something with Bone shaker!

I dont like winter adventures at a-class bone shaker is so dominant in winter that even i dont have other road racing winter tunes because those are not even close to bone shaker so every time when making winter tune end up deleting that. That adventure shows that really well, dont even need to try drive fast and bone shaker is still way faster than Subaru.

@rayne se there is also few other that can challenge bone shaker (and those cars that you allready say) atomik punk, hula girl and 10m credit ford GT40 but stock brakes make that cant use elite controller trigger lock with this car.

Awesome, I’ll be reinstalling FH4 to get it then.

You’d better do it now. It’s the 80% prize for the entire Series, if you miss this season, you’re not going to get it.

Thank you for letting me know, but I’m not going to bother.

Just getting 50% completion was a stressful enough expierence to get the Corsa, there’s no way I will put myself through that again (and 80% at that) for a single car.

I wish they were giving out the Rip Rod instead. I don’t think I have ever raced the BS except in the Challenge where we had to use it (or was that in Motorsport).

Rip Rod is the ONLY car I dont have. I think I have 3 of those overused HW cars. Its either 3 or 4 that I dont use but I wont contribute to the lopsided A class lobbies by selling them off

Agreed. Rip Rod is the one Hot Wheels car I don’t have in this game yet.

I already got the Bone Shaker the last time they made it available. Which was not super long ago.

It may help a bit to know the Rip Rod is a completely useless piece of crap. One of the worst cars in the whole game.
PI overpriced and a barely adjustable suspension which makes the car undrivable.

It was the same in H3, it’s just not a good car.

In reference to the original topic tho, I regularly beat Boneshakers with the TZ2. In the right hands with the right tune it can outpace the Bonehshaker around corners and definitely on straights.

The Rip Rod needs waaaay stiffer springs. Even with the stiffest setup it’s too bouncy. Which wouldn’t be that bad in Cross-Country but it lacks the power, ride height and weight to be any good in Cross-Country. Dirt and tarmac races are undrivable with the current suspension. With a PI rebalance and better suspension it could be a great option for low speed tracks. I think it was even better in H3 than it is now.

Regarding the Bone Shaker:
There are a quite some cars to rival it in dry conditions. Alfa TZ2, Alfa 33S, Shelby Daytona (the best), Clio FE for extremely technical tracks, Evo VI, GT40 MkI or the Morris Traveller as an oddball tech-option on tight tracks (how those Bone Shakers suffered against my Morris on the Festival Circuit or Moorhead).
BUT once the road gets wet or snowy there is nothing comparable. The Nova FE and 73’ Civic can somewhat match it but when driven by equally skilled drivers - no chance.

I’ve beat the bone shaker, and I’ve lost to it. If it’s that big of a deal to you, just use it. When you still lose, you’ll know it’s not the car.

It is the car, when i always finish behind it, but i beat every other car, or i’m close to the top…

With the bone shaker you can see it really go away, and finish many many seconds before any other car, in good driver hands it’s tremendously broken.

The last race i did, there were 2 bone shakers that finished 20 SECONDS before the 3rd one that was me, then 2 or 3 seconds later finished the 4th, 5th, etc… it IS the car that is broken.

Well, let’s just ban every car until the car YOU want to use is top of the class. I’m sure everyone can agree on one car they’d rather see as being the best…

That wasn’t the point. The reasons have been said, that car should be fixed.

You do realise you can also use a Boneshaker? It’s the reward for 80% Series 9 completion.

Why I have to use that car? there’s a lot of cars to choose from and if that’s the only one that has an obvious advantage over others it is clearly an op car that should be nerfed or moved to S1

Dry your eyes, mate. :stuck_out_tongue:
It’s just a game. You don’t have to use it. You do have the choice to though.

The Boneshaker is grippy, but it understeers. I haven’t found a tune yet that dials out the understeer, so that adds a little balance.

Hate this people that pretends it’s not an issue. The car is OP both on road and off-road, and it isn’t even a real car.

Knowing some other car is going to be the best of the class after nerfing the Bone Shaker is an obvious thing, but it doesn’t take away the nonsense that is to let this car being decisive in most of the online races (unless the driver is really bad at driving). Other car may have some advantage to the other after nerfing it, but for sure the gap won’t be so huge as it is now.

No need to destroy the car’s performance, but having that huge wheels, AWD + Aero on A-Class is ridiculous. In the snow it’s even more annoying.

So many cool cars in the A-Class (probably would be the most fun class of the game if not because of this car being so strong), and all we see is a lobby with AT LEAST 3 boneshakers everytime, filling the podium everytime, being me or another player with it.

Wanna bet?
