Hello all,
I bought the digital version of FM7 on the Win 10 store last tuesday. The same acc i use on my Xbox.
However, i can’t download an xbox copy of the game. My library doesn’t show the game and the xbox store wants me to buy it!
I have two play anywhere titles with FH3 and 4 and both work as they should.
I guess i need to contact the MS Support ?

You should be able to log into your Microsoft account on your pc and push to install onto your xbox from there
Had that issue with one title(fh3), try changing console to home console (if already home console, remove as home console, can set it back as home console later)
Remove it as home console and setting it back didn’t help. Also trying to push the Download via store didnt. It didnt even show my xbox in there. It does in my account though and as said im still able to play the other PA titles just fine.
However i saw that the Play Anywhere symbol is missing on the store page for FM7. maybe it got removed from the PA list?

OP here with another Account since my phone keeps logging into the wrong one.
Anyway: i found my failure: I bought the game on the wrong Xbox Account. I use a different account on my pc it seems. So i made a second Xbox acc on my Xbox and now i could Download the game without problems.
I still wonder how my other play anywhere games could work though but that seems to stay a mystery ^^
