As announced in our Update 15 Release Notes, this topic is to request the ability to move the Photo Mode camera position around the inside of the homespace car bay area, as well as immediately outside the homespace.
Please use other topics with the tag fm-Photos to request other Photo Mode features (at track locations etc).
Thinking about new possibilities for photography in Forza Motorsport, I’d suggest not only granting the camera free movement around the homespace but also allowing cars to be captured in pit-lanes at race tracks (alongside the “View car” option, as requested in the thread below)
I would love this functionality to stay, but can you expand on the camera movements as a whole, especially when trying to take pictures in a replay/paused state on track. The camera movement is way too restrictive, especially with the hight limit. I would like to take nice overhead shots from quite high up, but cant. Some people have found areas on track to glitch the camera height but those are hard to find and pull off.
So can we please stop with this unnecessary movement restriction on the photo camera in all modes.
Its been too long with the same old, same old.
Thank you for the consideration if this post reaches the right people.
It would be great to have as a feature but if you use liveries the spare cars only load in low res making them look messy. If that could be fixed to have the same detail as your main car it would be cool.
Hopefully in the future different home spaces will be a thing too, maybe something a bit grittier or like Max Orido’s with some wood & neon signs. And how good would it be to be able to put your favourite photo’s on the space walls in dedicated spots or use decals you made in the livery editor as wall stickers/banners?
In a perfect world the whole space could replace the current UI by making it interactive with all the games features accessible within it. Ramps, paint & photo booths, office with a PC to access races & everything else, something like the pics we were shown pre release with avatars included.
Anyway, one thing at a time.
Sad to see a bug squashed that was actually kinda cool and interesting, while other game breaking bugs were allowed to exist for far longer. It wasn’t harming anyone’s gameplay experience, it would be cool to have it back in a official capacity.
