Impossible to play more than 5 ou 10 minutes, even less, and the game crashes et I’m back on the home…
Already done :
uninstall the game twice
erase my party (local and cloud)
clean cach
turn off and unplug the xbox
play with or without internet connection
and reinitialise my profile
And I still have the crash…
Is there anything else to do ?
(no problem with other game like Titanfall, Fifa, Just Dance, …)

I would try to get a hold of xbox support and see what they say. It sounds like you have tried everything I could think of. On one other note I am curious if this is disk based? If it is and your other games are disks as well then I got nothing but its the only thing I can think of some kind of disk drive failure maybe like a drm check not working. Also check disk for scratches Microsoft will replace for free if its defective.
If it’s crashing from multiplayer lobby…same happened to me when I was checking other players car stats…don’t check and it’s doesn’t crash.
Mines getting more and more unstable, i dunno if its forza or just the xbox operatin system , im havin to do 2 or 3 cold reboots everyday, and the voice chat is more robot sounding than ever before.
PTG Daney is having the same issue with it crashing all the time so if there is a fix can you let me know so i can pass on the good news. This must be so frustrating and your not alone
Having the same problem here, not sure how to fix it, resetting to factory settings didn’t do much except move the point at which is crashes and then dashboards. Called Microsoft support and they told me maybe to do an offline installation and buy the actual disk so they will be refunding me the money for my digital download in a week. At this point they figure it’s a patch in the game, but if that was the case then why are other people able to play it? I’m sure I’m not the only person that keeps crashing in the loading screen before the Top Gear test track, the 2nd OFFICIAL race in the career mode. If anyone has anymore information, share it please.
xboxes are produced in different countires. i remember reading on neogaf about ones in europe behaving differently depending on where they were manufactured. some are made by flextronics (90%) and some are made by foxconn (10%). i thought it was much ado about nothing at the time but lately it appears the concerns may have been valid.

1 - Is the game installed on your system or are you running from the disc ?

3 - Are you involved in any beta testing for Xbox ?
4- Do you have any problems with other games ?
5- Is there any warning before the crash ? (screen flickers, strange noises from box or game)
6- Is your Xbox hot to the touch when this happens ?
7- What were you doing at the time of the crash ? (painting, saving, racing etc)
and any other info you can think of.

No, I’m not a beta tester, just an average consumer.
No, only Forza 5, which seems like the best game available for XB1 at the moment.
Game makes a very loud noise, happens right before I load the Top Gear track, almost like the soundtrack is messed up or something.
Xbox is not hot to the touch

I have tried microsoft support and they just gave me a full refund but I really would like to play this game, I may try a physical copy and will post results later, any other information you guys can give would be very appreciated though.
see if a local place rents it like redbox or something before paying retail for something you might not be able to use, or borrow a copy.
