So I noticed it the stuttering and freezing. Erased the game and reinstalled and it appeared to be fixed but started it again. I also notice that it happens more in free roam and the opponents car liveries can change while racing. The track intros/history only work in career now and not in free roam. The worst freezing is on Maple Valley.
I played featured multiplayer today on PC for the first time since Update 13 and instantly as soon as i loaded into practice my game was studdering/hitching extremely badly. It kept occurring during the race, I wasn’t even able to control my car it was happening so egregiously. Next track/lobby, it keeps happening except now my game straight up crashed to desktop during my qualifying. Fun. No error message, nothing. Just froze then program closed. Please fix this, the game is basically unplayable.

Same issue on career mustang new track - first couple laps stutter and freeze - makes it unplayable. It’s like it’s loading while playing. Def new since update for mustang month and mustang content.

I’m experiencing this on career mode. Track loading stutters and seems choppy switching screens. And of course when I’m ready to record, it won’t act up.

I’m the same online. My game is a stuttery mess. Always been super smooth but now it’s unplayable
It’s bad man. And what happened to the audible track history/intros from the lady before each race, not just career. This game has flirted with perfection since it came out but for every 2 steps forward it takes 4 steps back. Car colors either load in late or just change to a whole other livery during the race.

With the Mustang update, my Series S has occasional stutters. Was perfectly smooth before.
I’m also having audio garble/cutouts (lasts about 2 seconds) with the latest patch.
I’ve also had these issues plus an issue where you set it to 3 laps of fuel but gives you a full tank, this seems to correct itself after you finish practice/qualifying and start the race.
I have reported it and hope they fix this soon as put me off playing until it’s sorted

Same here plus I have class A and class B cars with the same PI values now. I’m sure they’ll fix it soon.
Same happening to me. Xbox Series S. It’s really annoying.
Happening to me too. I’m on Xbox series x. Frequent stuttering and game crashes since the last update. Won’t be playing until it gets fixed.
This works for me in MP, thank you! I did enjoy seeing others liveries, but it’s something I can sacrifice if the game stutters as bad as it does.

Playing in PC (ryzen 5800x and 3070ti, 32gb and m2ssd) after update 3 is terrible to play in online multiplayer, in training and qualifying i had a lot of sttuters to the point of losing 2 to 3 tenths with each brake.

Another thing is the full fuel bug, you configure the amount of fuel, when you enter training, it’s full, we’ve seen this bug before, could it be that they loaded an old file in this update? Here’s an honest question, does t10 test the game before releasing these updates? because clearly no one on the team played the online mode, otherwise they would have easily seen this problem.

The stuttering happens for a few minutes when I join a new lobby and do practice/qualifying, then it stops.
Full tank in qualy is really annoying too, happens every time since the last update.

Game stutters for at least two laps when playing free play or career mode.
Hi all, hope you’re doing fine.
Micro-freezes? Stuttering? Hiccups? I don’t know what’s the correct term but ever since Update 13 the game isn’t running as smooth as before for me. It happens during practice in Featured MP but also in Free Play when solo on track.
Am I the only one? Xbox Series X. Checked internet connection, no issues. Once the race starts in Featured MP it doesn’t happen anymore.

It’s not only in MP but no matter which mode you play, stuttering is here.
Of course, it is something with loading / shaders instead of performance loss because when you wait a while before the race everything is OK or when you turned opponent liveries off in settings menu.
