Multiplayer has dreaded micro stuttering happening. Across all hoppers i tried. It’s very annoying. I cannot play games with micro stuttering all. Please hotfix asap
Stability seems worse. Random crashes back to the Xbox dashboard.
Very strange thing happening with selecting fuel for practice and it defaults to a full tank regardless?
Since update 13, frame rate drops greatly in the first 2-3 laps of every track. I have xbox X/S. Occurreed on Sebring short circuit, Suzuki short circuit, Lime rock full circuit. Multiple cars. Reboot has not improved performance. After ~3 laps, performance improves.
So that’s a micro stutter. I was wondering why the online hopper side seemed like it had a random like hard to explain glitch thing. Felt some feedback in the wheel also when it happened. Did have a random crash to Home Screen. Machine did feel a bit warm so maybe that caused it? My machine only feels warmer playing forza. My other games it’s like my machine seems normal? Anyone else notice this?
Yeah maybe ‘unplayable’ is a bit harsh… More like very annoying and immersion breaking. Was horrible on my first race, maybe as liveries were loading in for the full field. Subsequent races not so bad, but still a few per lap.
Same issue here, but somehow it’s more prominent in practice mode than the actual race. Tested both SP and MP modes and it always stuttered at specific points of a track. Running the game on my PC.
Also suffered random stutters last night in multiplayer on series X post update.
Played with a friend in the same race & she suffered the same stutter at the same time which suggests server side maybe???
Still also suffering regular crash to dash after around 70 minutes, wish they could get that fixed…
I saw it last night in MP during practice and qualifying, but I didn’t notice it during the race itself. This was on a Series S, tracks involved were Sebring Full, Spa, and Hockenheimring Full.
I also noticed frame drops at the beginning of a race but it is not a performance bug but rather something with shaders / loading data.
I found temporary solution - Try to wait until the game shows all car views in the ‘before race’ screen and then only start the race. For me it works in quick race at least.
Of course we can expect solving the issue from T10 I guess.
