Bug Info: All game modes, all cars, and all tracks. Since update 13 in I have begun experiencing many large drops in frame rate or stuttering. The hotfix helped a little bit but the game still slows down dramatically and seems to be getting worse since update 15 today.

Xbox Settings: Happens with and without quick resume
Attempted fixes: I have rebooted multiple times and opened a support ticket
Content Update: This has been happening since update 13. The hotfix helped and it has slowly gotten worse since Update 14 and 15
I notice this on free play, rivals, and multiplayer trying to do the nascar tracks. Possibly other modes…? Trying to set up my car or just do a race and man it gets bad in the turns. Really messes with my eyes how bad it’s stuttering and looking like slow motion.
Has been affecting the game play also. One guy was trying to pass on the inside at Daytona and his car was hopping and bouncing right through my car it pushed me right out of the way, all in like slow motion stuttering.
Tried using different hdmi cables and connections, ports, but same thing, network is not overloaded plenty of bandwidth.
I hate to ask but would switching from 4k to 1080 help? Until they find and fix this issue?

Using Daytona for example.
A little bit before corner entry the screen motion gets choppy and it lasts all the way around the turns. Only smooth motion on the straightaways most of the time. So bad it looks slow motion.
Happens on numerous tracks online and offline, free run, multiplayer, rivals ect. Need a fix this is bad. Please

Plug in your controller if you are playing wireless. Game stutters as soon as the controllers battery goes below 50% when wireless and you drive o’ tracks that have uneven track surfaces.
