I was just wondering if anyone else is having the issue of the paid dlc not showing up in the forza rewards section. My driver level and car purchases are synching correctly but the paid dlc doesn’t show up. I got one for thet limited edition but haven’t received any for the seasons pass.
I have made repeated efforts to get this rectified with forzafb@microsoft.com (as suggested in the 01/17/2014 Week-In-Review) to no avail. Mine is stuck at 2/5 (for the Limited Edition and VIP codes redeemed), but I have purchased, downloaded and installed the LaFerrari, January IGN, Smoking Tire, Road America Booster and Alpinestars DLC packs.
I have been in touch with other Forum members who are at 5/5, but apparently my tag simply will not get the Forza Rewards credit deserved. I would presume yours will not either.
Greetings our2cats2 – I’m a dev here @ T10, and I checked out your FM Rewards data. I see you should be sitting at 5/5 purchases scored at 350 points. Can you confirm this is resolved?
Anyone else still having issues with rewards not updating? Mine is still stuck at 4/5 for paid dlc.

I purchased 6 tokens in Forza Horizon 1 on Friday for $4.99 because it is supposed to be worth 300 points (I am <300 away from next tier!). Currently I have 0 of 300 points for that purchase, though 
Hoping this is fixed sooner than later because the next rewards are set to be delivered in only a few days.

Consider yourself lucky. I would enjoy 4/5 credit, especially since I’ve purchased all five DLC packs to date.
yup, mine is stuck at 4/5. I bought everything except the season car pass thing. Made repeated attempts to get the problem fixed, but no “fix” as of yet. I am VIP and have the LE edition, if that matters. We can keep trying forzafb@microsoft.com I guess.
Mine is stuck at 4/5 as well. I am also VIP & LE. I tried sending an email as well. Hoping for the fix.
I am VIP, own the LE and purchased all car packs as well. I have posted here, sent email, as well as twitter but no response of any kind so I hope they can get this problem solved. Maybe the April car pack will show as purchased and bump me to 5/5.
Checked my rewards this morning and paid dlc has updated to 5/5!!
I have VIP that came with 1000 tokens and they still have not updated my rewards since March. There are currently 1350 tokens sitting on my profile. Hopefully they don’t disappear because that would teach me a lesson on defiance.
VIP tokens don’t count for FM5 for some reason. You need to actually purchase them for them to count.

Totally agree - you will see that the only rewards points I am missing are for tokens purchased and for the 100,000 point drift in FM3 and the 1,000,000 online winnings for FM2 - one I haven’t been able to do (just missed it several times) and the other I can’t be bothered doing. No way I am buying tokens given what I have spent on Forza games and they are totally unnecessary and take away from the game (haven’t even used my FM5 tokens - like you I have 1350 sitting there unused).
I have been experiencing this same problem. I have the VIP Pack, Rally Pack, Season Pass, and all Car Packs downloaded yet I am only at 3/5 Paid DLC. How do I go about getting this issue remedied?
EDIT: Was Google searching the problem and I stumbled upon this forum, didn’t realize this is a Forza 5 thread. My issue is pertaining to Forza Horizon.
I purchased the 6 tokens for Forza Horizon 1 earlier this week and they have yet to be credited in Forza Rewards, any help with this? This is what will get me to Tier 6 before FH2 comes out. 
I purchased tokens for FM4 and FM5 over a week ago and they still haven’t updated. DLC updated fine, but not token purchases. Please help! Trying to get to the next tier before FH2!
Same here for me I purchased tokens for Forza Horizon and FM4 on 360 but so far no sign of the 300 points for either game on the rewards hub.
Yea same issues for me, been 29 points away from next tier for a few days now and have easily hundreds of points of progress over FH2, FM5, FM4 and FM3 since then to try to get something to nudge me over. Previously it would update within a couple of hours on everything, now its showing progress within the details of games but not upgrading my overall points. Think those rewards are going to expire without this fixing. Booo!
