My Forza Horizon Rewards total has changed from complete to 1900/2000!!!

Okay today when I went to redeem my Tier 7 rewards I noticed that my once 2000/2000 Forza Horizon Rewards total has now changed to 1900/2000! I have had that thing complete for a LOOONGG time now! [Mod Edit - Abbreviated profanity, profanity and profanity that is disguised but still alludes to the words are not permitted - fyerball ] It now says that my “Paid DLC” is 3/5 instead of 5/5… I purchased the seasons pass and every other non-pass DLC that has ever been released for Forza Horizon… What is going on here? I mean my total still keeps me well above tier 7 status but Forza Horizon is the only Forza game where I actually got EVERY reward complete and now it’s tells me it’s not… It’s rather annoying. Has this happened to anyone else? Who can I contact to figure this out and restore my once perfect 2000/2000 Forza Horizon total? Please HELP!

Hi “MOD”. So you moderated my message but couldn’t take the time to help me with my issue? I would figure that because you are a “moderator” on the official FORZA website you might have had some insight with my issue (which still has not been resolved) or at the very least a clue as to where I could go to get some help. I don’t even remember what I wrote that needed to be “MODERATED” but I would have figured that the fact that you obviously read my message, that you of anyone on these forums could have helped point me in the right direction (you are obviously well versed in the “ways of things about FORZA” or you wouldn’t be a moderator on the OFFICIAL website). Anyway, I guess I’ll waste an hour of my Sunday on the phone with Customer Support to deal with this… Nice “moderating”, thanks for the help…

btw… I fully understand what the job of the “moderator” is on a website. But to give an example of what a helpful Moderator will do. I had an issue redeeming my “Pick You Path” codes after purchasing two Nvidia GTX980 video cards. The Moderator on the Official GeForce website PM’d me about my post and helped my personally. I don’t necessarily expect that here but at the VERY least a clue as to where to go would have been nice. Oh, and if you honestly don’t have any clue as to how to help with something so seemingly easy… Maybe Turn10 needs some new Mods.

OP - is your issue perhaps that you have purchased the season pass but you have not yet received all the DLC from it. There have so far only been 4 paid DLC (right?) so there is no possible way you could have downloaded 5 paid DLC, is there?

And always, regardless of the forum rules or not, it never hurt to be polite. It will get you much further along in life - there’s a reason no one has responded yet.

That’s not true! I bought the season pass long ago and it has said 5/5 paid dlc for months now!!

My Forza Horizon Rewards points issue. Wow… After reading what I inserted into the picture it is a little confusing… What I meant was that when I purchased the Storm Island DLC the price I was charged was full rate. As I am a VIP I should have only been charged half. I took my case to the Microsoft Support Chat site and they came to the option of cancelling my license for the Storm Island DLC and then when that went through to re-purchase the DLC for the VIP rate. Anyway it was around that time when I noticed that my Forza Horizon Rewards points were reduced. I thought that maybe whoever was cancelling the DLC perhaps screwed something up and canceled DLC from my FH1 account instead of my FH2 account. It could just be completely coincidental though… What I wanted is to know who I could go to with this issue to have it rectified. I have already gone back to Microsoft support and they don’t have a clue… ( They actually just gave me the url to the: “Managing my Xbox Live Account on Xbox 360” forum on there support site… lol.

I have another curious thing discovered… i have 1950/2000 Tiers on Horizon 1,weeks ago i made a photo of this page (for Facebook) and there it is saying 2000/2000…
Now it says missing DLC,but i bought (and purchased) them all… Funny Thing!

And there are funny things going on with Xbox Live (where the DLC information is stored, along with achievements and gamer scores). Even Messaging doesn’t work currently, whether in Xbox 360, Xbox One or on the Messages section on the webpage personal account information.

I did not notice the date difference. After a month of no response I would be a little frustrated as well.

I know that with the season pass you have technically paid for all the DLC and mine also showed full for FH2 (yesterday) and still does. That said, if there is anything wonky with the Xbox Live servers, these features may not respond correctly as they rely on the Xbox Live Servers.

Check this link to keep an eye out on the server status.

To add a picture from your computer, go to a website that allows you to upload photos. Tiny Pic is a good one.
Follow the steps to upload the photo and it will produce several URLS for you.
Choose the appropriate URL and then paste it into the add photo box here. The URL I would use is the direct link.

It was slang profanity that’s why I edited it. As far as your reply, I don’t have control over the game or DLC. There have been plenty of issues with live and dlc on all games not working. I found that out myself with COD AW. Sorry you are bent out of shape but my job is to help make sure forum rules are followed and that’s what I did.

OP - I get it now. I thought you were talking about FH2 not FH1.

This is odd. I would go back to FH1 and make sure you own all the DLC there as this really has nothing to do with FH2. I might also look into whether or not anything on the original game changed. Follow these steps on the xbox 360:

Go to the console settings
Select storage
Go to games and apps
Find Forza Horizon
—> then check to see all the DLC is there and the season pass, VIP etc.
—> then go into the game and double check as well

In the link I posted, the XBL issues are for the 360, so this combined with your service call may be the causing factor. Once the system is 100% back online, I would check back. It shouldn’t affect your rewards unless it has dropped you down a tier which doesn’t seem to be the case.

February rewards aren’t available yet anyway, so it’s all good.

It’s just that it sure looked nice seeing that circle around my 2000/2000 being complete. You know what I mean? It was the only game in my Forza catalog that I had 100% complete (in regards to Forza Rewards) and it’s a bummer that it no longer is complete. It’s my ego being injured here… nothing more! Lol!

I don’t think it has to do with your DLC purchases - the same thing happened to me (I lost Forza Rewards DLC achievements on Horizon 1) and I never had any trouble with any of my DLC (car packs and VIP, etc - H1, FM5 and H2).

Just too add my 2 bits worth, my Forza 4 which was complete for over a year has mysteriously dropped me too 1950 from 2000, and has been that way now for almost 2 months…claimed I’m short a dlc purchase…that was the things I completed first…dlc and tokens were covered when I played the first time

I have posted this in another thread, the same thing is happening to me - 5/5 to 3/5. What I find interesting my download history shows and allows me to redownload VIP and Rally pack yet in the game you click on the marketplace it shows a price next to it when I select and try to download. This would suggest that the DLC has been reissued or something similar?
