Hi there, I also have this issue after noticing it on my Forza hub relating to Forza Horizon, can this be fixed by one of the dev’s?

Same as everyone else. All of the challenges are updating properly expect the “Paid DLC Owned” for Forza Horizon. Has anyone been able to resolve it by re-dloading or such?

I’m having this issue too. It shows that I have 1/5 but I have the Season pass and all the dlc that includes… HELP???

Same thing here. Owner of season pass, Vip & Rally pack gives me 3/5

I purchased the season pass to get access to all car packs, and the rally pack, but do not have the LE or VIP (shouldn’t really make a difference, as it doesn’t seem like downloadable content) and my score is only 1/5. Do I really need to purchase content I ALREADY HAVE just to make this number increase?

I’m also having this problem in Forza Horizon. It shoes 2/5 Paid DLC Owned even though I have the Season Pass. Does the Season Pass only count as 1 purchase?

I’m in the same boat, only showing 4/5. Do we need to reach out directly to the developers on the forum?

Have bought all car packs, season pass, rally, vip there is literally nothing else i can purchase. Stuck at 4/5 for a long time.

Wrong forum (if you are talking about FH1 - Rally is only in FH1) and this issue is being worked on but no solution yet (using the Rewards FAQ thread will keep you up to date).

Thanks. Didnt realize i had posted fh2. Do have the link to the faq that provides updates? I seen a faq but there’s no updates and its clear its very out of date since it refers you an email not longer in existence for getting help.

This is actually the FM5 forum - the FAQ you need is the Rewards FAQ - they don’t update it, but will post when they have something (last one is from more than a week ago but is the most recent info we have on the issue).

Hi, I am also having the problem the 1000 tokens purchased not showing up, seems all other scores are updating correctly.

Also having an issue with the Fast and Furious … gamerscore is stuck, have 100% on both XB1 and 360 but only 194/200.

If anyone could fix that would be great.

I also am having the issue where the paid dlc owned is sat at 0 but I own many dlcs vip, storm island, Porsche expansion and many many car packs. What is the problem here?

Forza 5 is still showing 0/5 dlc owned as well. Even though i have purchased nearly all of available dlc. If i got the 350 points from this reward, i would be Tier 10. I really hope this is fixed before Horizon 3 is released.

I’m also having this same exact problem. I bought the Complete DLC Pack for Horizon 2 a few months ago so I should have over 5 paid DLC owned, but on the Forza Hub it’s showing that I have 1/5, instead of 5/5 like it should be

Im still on 3/5 for paid DLC too in Forza Horizon.

Is there a way to refresh this ?

Welp, every Forza game, with the exception of Forza Motorsports 5, is finally completely accurate in my rewards. Yet, for what ever reason, this game continues to show 0/5 dlc. I have bought literally every single piece of dlc for this game, and it has not updated. At one point, Forza 5, 6 and Horizon 2 all showed 0/5 dlc when i had purchased more than necessary. A month ago, 6 and Horizon 2 updated. Today Horizon 3 finally updated to 5/5 dlc. I really hope this eventually gets fixed

Adding a quick reply to state I have the same problem, Paid DLC is at 0/5 in Forza Horizon 1, while I’ve bought 5 DLC cars. Hope this will get fixed!
