Forza Rewards missing 100 points for Horizon (2 paid DLC's missing)... had full 2000 points before

A few months ago, I noticed my rewards for Forza Horizon went from a full 2000 points with the check mark (completed) to 1900 points (missing 2 out of 5 purchases [paid dlc owned]). I have tried re-downloading a few of those paid dlc’s to see if it would go back to 5/5, but it hasn’t despite several tries.

How do I get this issue sorted out? I have all paid DLC for the game and had all 2000 reward points until a few months ago… I thought it was a temporary glitch at first, but it no longer seems that way.

Haven’t seen a definitive solution to this one - send a PM to nvarchar - he is a T10 dev and knows a bit about the Rewards program. He may not reply and you may not see a direct response but bringing it his attention should make sure T10 at least know about the issue.

I have the same issue. Fully paid DLC but I’ve only got 3 out of 5. Sitting at 1900 is very depressing.

I’m going to attempt messaging nvarchar as well.

Same problem as above. Counter is stuck at 3/5 Paid DLC owned. I’m a Season Pass owner for Horizon and have dloaded all DLC to my HDD.

Is there a good reason why it’s been going on 3 months now that the problem has yet to be addressed?

Me too. Someone noticed on another thread that DLC previously purchased is coming up with ‘buy now’ on the marketplace. Thats true for me with the rally expansion, on the web and console marketplace, its coming up as not purchased. Definitely in my purchase history. Very annoying…

Got the same issue - I used to have 2000 points and now I only have 1950 due to DLC reading as 4/5.

It’s been going on for months and nothings getting done about it or even T10 acknowledging something is up.

Solution found: Deinstall Season Pass and all Car Packs, then buy (!!!) the number of cars you need to complete the DLC achievement - two days later it’s there - I have the points now. But that costed me another 10 bucks. Very poor!!! Thanks… :frowning:

Let me know in a day or so if your rewards score is still 5/5 for DLC, I think someone else tried this and after a few days their score went back to 3/5.

You are right! Back again at 2/5! Now I am really very very angry! I want a solution for that!!!

Having the same problem, have had all DLC for Horizon 1 for well over a year and all was well until a couple of weeks ago where it’s now showing 3/5 DLC purchased

This is happening for forza 6 for me, I have the ultimate edition installed and it’s showing 0/5 paid dlc, I installed it 1-2 weeks ago.??
Any fix for this issue

Thought I’d bring this thread back from the dead rather than start a new one…

Still got the same issue - Horizon stuck at 4/5 aid DLC owned even when I have about 6 or 7 purchased (I didn’t buy the season pass)

Also the same issue on Forza 4 where tokens purchased have not registered - especially annoying because I have about 30m in the bank and only bought tokens to max out the rewards points…
