I think the current race lenghts are great as they are! The only duration I don’t like is short, but I just avoid those races. There’s always a good race of the longer durations in rotation.
In general race lengths are fine. If we are nitpicking, I think Endurance length could be 45 min on weekdays and 60 on weekends. But if it’s not an option, then 60 min is my choice.
i think every option available makes the game more accessible for every player rather than just one option for short medium long very long extra long one mistake could completely ruin your race caffeine can be a useful tool to improve your reaction time concentration & focus the recommendation for caffeine is no more than 400 for Adults daily consume responsibly
I was thinking of something very similar to what you say. For example, you run an endurance race of 60 minutes, then, the next race/session would be 45 minutes, and the next one, again, 60 minutes.
It could be a good alternative, as long as the times can be balanced without affecting too much between the next session, training, etc.
Since sometimes between practice and race you have to dedicate a lot of time.
I admit that not long ago, I had some doubts about the duration of the races, but it is really very well balanced.
Except when they put Touring Car with short duration.
I think a lot of people also start them without thinking/realising just how much of a commitment it is to play non-stop for the hour without pausing to look at their phones or have a “pit stop” so to speak…
last time I checked quitting a game early is against the Xbox community standards i disagree with it but i understand it can ruin other peoples game session depending on the game. What does everyone think if AI took over the player that leaves the game they are improving AI in FM but i don’t understand why they can’t get a partnership with GT sophy AI
Good luck trying any ai with Forza physics, it’s just … Too unstable, and if we take different tunes into consideration, ai would have hard time handling different players cars.
Yes i feel the same way about the handling physics i feel like the tyre model is inconsistent to some cars are bliss others cars just doesn’t turn no matter how i tune it in the front
The multiplayer is still not right. There’s not enough players to cover all the classes & keep the lobbies populated in general, there’s no need for this constant switching at the moment to short, medium & long races.
I only race Touring Cars & occasionally lower classes when they appear like C & B but it always seems to be the same circuit ribbons no matter the length of the races & not enough of the tracks are utilized in the weekly changes, just 4 or 5 on repeat.
Just stick to medium length races for now until the numbers pick up, if they do at all. A nice 15-20 minute sprint is enough imo for the game as it stands.
In the three races I ran some time ago, I was the only one in my group before 25 minutes. And obviously I dropped out of the race, that’s why I put the question about finishing the races.
Although I have to say that all three were multi-class (3 groups), and I think that more than two groups is a format that does not work.
