Even though I own every DLC on the Ultimate Car Pack Collection, I didn’t receive The Nissan Retro Rides Car Pack. I’m a Steam user.

It’s also asking me to pay for the Nissan Car Pack on the Series X. Isn’t it free with the Ultimate? Do we have to wait until the 25th?

I don’t know if we’ll have to wait until tomorrow, but another one here with the same problem on Steam.

I bought the Ultimate Car Pack Collection (I have the Steam purchase email) and it tells me I have to pay for the Nissan Retro Rides Car Pack.

Hi folks,

We can confirm that the Nissan Car Pack is included in the Ultimate Car Pack Collection.

However, we’re hearing some reports of players not seeing the cars in their collection as expected on Steam.

We are currently investigating and will circle back when we can.

I can see the problem, you guys called it “Ultimate Car Pack Collection” and I’m pretty sure most people including myself, thought it was going to be free if we bought the Ultimate Edition of the game… not ultimate car pack itself

Edit: Or at least that’s what I think it is, because I see people are talking about Ultimate Car Pack collection so I’m not entirely sure

I added to the topic title to try to clear this up: the Nissan Retro Rides Car Pack:

  • is included in the Ultimate Car Pack Collection
  • is not included in the Premium Edition (there is no Ultimate Edition)

The users mentioning the Ultimate Car Pack Collection are reporting something that is not working as it would be expected to work At this time, we’re only seeing this issue on Steam.

Whoops, I forgot that FH4 had Ultimate Edition and FH5 had Premium.
Never mind then :sweat_smile:

When I talk about the “Ultimate Car Pack Collection” I’m referring to the compilation bundle of all the paid DLC available up until that point, regardless of whether or not you own the “Premium Edition” of the game, which I also own.

In my case, I bought the Premium Edition of the game along with the Ultimate Car Pack Collection so I could have it “all”.

4 days later, I still didn’t get the Nissan car pack for free. I owned all the car packs from giveaways.
