As above, I bought FH4 Ultimate Edition on Steam and it gave me everything apart from the Hot Wheels Pack, the Mitsubishi Car Pack, the Talbot Sunbeam Lotus and the Sunbeam Tiger. The latter 3 I could reacquire as they were listed for free on Steam: but I am still missing the Hot Wheels Pack, how can I get it?
This is not a issue/bug. The Hot Wheels Car pack is not included in the Ultimate edition sadly. The licensing for the hotwheels dlc was closed and was pulled from the store everywhere. So purchasing it online via the steam/microsoft store is not possible. That being said I know some of my friends are having good luck buying online codes on websites such as WalMart or Gamestop. As they still have some in stock. Hopefully that helps!
